A beautiful discovery "sun propi cuntent"! Last night we had dinner in this place which recalls the piola of the past in its simplicity. We immediately felt at home welcomed by the owner who is a customer-focused and pleasant person. The menu is beautiful, both in Italian and Piedmontese 🔝 we had a wonderful dinner and excellent quality and price. Not to mention the choice of local cheeses... I haven't seen such a wide choice in a long time!!! For those who want to try Piedmontese cuisine... this is the right place! Congratulations 💪

Ho adorato tutto: il personale gentilissimo e accogliente e il cibo meraviglioso. La mia prima volta in Piemonte e sono andata alla ricerca di un posto tipico in cui mangiare cucina piemontese: qui ho assaggiato il capunet con la fonduta e gli gnocchi al formaggio. Che dire, consigliato!!!! Non appena ritornerò a Saluzzo, la tappa da I quat taulin sarà d’obbligo!

I Quat Taulin has everything to please. The look of a real trattoria, the innkeeper, the correct prices, even the people who frequent him are the 'right' ones. You could make a film set in the Sixties or Seventies without changing anything and the whole thing is embellished with a heavenly cheese counter. Except... the food isn't that good!: Too bad because expectations were high!

I had dinner at this restaurant on a Saturday evening. What can I say? Optimal! A true Piedmontese place. I chose the tasting menu with veal with tuna sauce, beetroot risotto and fondue, cheese tasting and profiteroles for dessert. All delicious! Without forgetting the excellent wines. The display of cheeses then leaves you speechless. My compliments to the staff and the owner. I have a feeling we'll see each other again 😉

If today they asked me where I should eat for my last supper.... this is where I would like to have dinner. Today I ate there for the first time. It has only one environment, simple, cared for to the point of immediately putting you at ease. The staff is welcoming and the owner with his calm manner has everything under control and in illustrating his dishes he conveys the passion that a restaurateur must have. Then if like me you like cheeses that's it.....here the Tirolare shows off a quantity of local cheeses, one better than the other...all good, I wasn't able to taste them all because there were too many and then the boiled meat was another dish that I really appreciated and above all the sauces were all special. At the end of the meal the bill is more than fair because the prices are not at all exaggerated. If you are passing through, a stop here is a must.

Avevo appuntamento a Saluzzo con amiche, ho cercato qualche ristorante in cui si mangiasse un cibo genuino. Dopo due giri in internet ho letto abbastanza su questa location, e dato che portavo persone, mi sarebbe dispiaciuto deluderle. Beh affare fatto, ho prenotato per il pranzo e via. Quando siamo arrivate a I Quat Taulin ho trovato tutto oltre le mie aspettative. Soprattutto un menù piemontese "fantastico". Vino e cibo ottimo. Locale super pulito, con tutto il necessario nel bagno, compresa acqua calda per lavarsi le mani cosa ormai introvabile in alcuni locali. Bravi. Personale gentile e professionale. Desidero fare super complimenti alla cameriera Asia, e a Danilo credo si chiamasse cos' il cameriere o cuoco che serviva il super bollito. Le persone che avevo con me sono rimaste molto contente.
