Typical Piedmontese tavern with a simple and authentic feel. Rustic atmosphere, with essential but direct service. The house wine is served at the table in the classic pintone, already opened (a detail that reflects the straightforward style of the place). Excellent cuisine, with well-prepared dishes and genuine flavors. The cheeses are particularly recommended, with a wide selection of quality.

Un posto dove l' ospitalità e il buon cibo la fanno da padrona . Si nota subito quando in un locale c'è passione , quella trasmessa dal propietario ai propi clienti e al suo staff .
Piatti ben fatti con prezzi onesti.Il piatto top tra quelli scelti , l' agnello (spaziale!!!), mi dispiace solo che dopo aver pagato il titolare mi voleva dar la mano per salutarci ma io non ho contraccambiato solo sdadataggine , mi scuso.

Appena arrivati a Saluzzo ci siamo stati a pranzo e siamo stati benissimo con una tagliata e uno spezzatino con patate, vino e dolce.
