T-bone steak in Italy is rare by default
I think asking for the doneness at other restaurants is to cater to tourists
I just ordered T-bone and it came out rare and the taste was very satisfying
I ate near the cathedral the day before and there was too much fat and it was greasy, but here it wasn't greasy and it was delicious until the end and they gave me fresh lemon so if you feel greasy you can squeeze it in water or take a bite raw
I drank the house wine Chianti, and the wine comes in a large bottle
and you pay according to how much you drink
The wine itself doesn't have a deep taste, but it's enough to eat with steak
Trattoria fiorentina doc. Excellent food, professional and very kind staff. Careful to satisfy even the most demanding tastes. Suitable for families, business lunch, dinner with friends.

The price is very reasonable for the taste and content of the food. The steak had a delicious red color and tasted like aged meat.
I guess it's a family-run business, and I had a wonderful time with friendly and courteous customer service.

Something outside the hustle and bustle. Familiar but a bit outdated restaurant. Quite good and authentic cuisine - but not incredibly great. I can still recommend it - just take a look.
A slightly retro place but with its charm, quiet environment, very helpful staff, very polite and always present and ready to recommend, food? It's a shame that there are only 5 stars, it deserves many more, artfully cooked Florentine steak and spectacular first courses ☺️ definitely coming back, congratulations and never change!!

Typical family-run Tuscan restaurant that is rare to find nowadays.
I would choose it 1000000000000 more times.

Typical restaurant with really excellent meat. The 3 of us had a 1.5kg Florentine steak, 1.5L of house red wine, 2 starters and 3 desserts...€160 in total. I'll be back

Trattoria vicino alla stazione centrale, tavoli ravvicinati, tovagliato di stoffa, ambienti affollati. Peposo con carne di qualità mediocre e piuttosto pesante da digerire. Pappa al pomodoro molto buona. Trippa alla toscana buona e morbida. Porzioni adeguate, servizio cortese e veloce. Per un primo, un secondo e un calice di Chianti della casa abbiamo speso circa 30 euro a persona.

Siamo andati alla ricerca di trattoria per il centro di firenze ma ne avevamo una di fronte al nostro hotel e siamo stati molto soddisfatti bel ambiente ottima accoglienza presentati senza prenotazione ma subito accomodati tutto perfetto piatti ottimi e ovviamente buoni conto perfetto ve lo consiglio e vicino alla stazione e comodo al centro facile da raggiungerlo
