I have passed by this restaurant several times and had never stopped, one day my wife and I did so and discovered a phenomenal place: excellent food and a welcoming place but the real added value is the couple who run it.
Perfect for a pleasant culinary break during the Bologna/Florence journey on the S.S.64, it is always full of motorcyclists and other friendly people passing by.
Informal but very nice and warm environment.
I recommend booking.

Trattoria just down the Raticosa, as soon as I entered I noticed a pleasant smell of typical "home" cooking. Excellent dishes, home service, very kind waitress, who accompanied the lunch with sympathy and desire. Prices more than fair for the quality

We stopped by chance but instinct rewarded us... the owners are very welcoming and friendly, we had lunch with excellent mixed crostini, excellent tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms with fresh parsley and pepper, and excellent trifle. Absolutely worth doing again, the menu is very inviting.

Pleasant, clean place, the owners are very friendly, attentive to the customer and proactive in recommending dishes. The mixed croutons, the tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms with a sprinkling of fresh parsley and pepper and the superb trifle are excellent. We will definitely be back, also to eat the Florentine steak that we glimpsed at the nearby tables.
