The food and atmosphere were homey, and we enjoyed excellent seafood dishes and made some wonderful local connections. The staff were friendly and attentive, the prices were absolutely in line with the quality of the food, and the owner's friendliness was much appreciated.

A good restaurant is best enjoyed on holidays. We were here on August 15th, and despite the general chaos, we had a divine meal, with super-fresh ingredients. The service was quite fast, and the staff were professional and friendly. The fried food was exquisite, as were the first courses. I recommend the seafood spaghetti. The prices were truly reasonable. The restaurant was exceptionally clean. Congratulations!

Muy encantador comedor al aire libre. Nuestros amigos locales recomendaron Hostería del Prado.
Hemos cenado aquí durante los últimos tres años, mientras visitábamos el Salento desde Nueva York.
El propietario es muy servicial y acogedor. Pedimos Spaghetti alle Vongole (no en el menú) que hizo para nosotros y eran excepcionales.
El puré de Cicoria y Fave era tan bueno como el resto de la comida. My Veal Chop no era lo que uno esperaría en Manhattan, pero era muy sabroso.
El postre fue la culminación de una comida excepcional para el Día del Padre.
La casa Rosato es excelente.
¡Esta NO es tu típica trampa turística!

Ci siamo fermati a pranzo in periodo di bassa stagione. Accolti come a casa, atmosfera rilassante. Piatti freschi cucinati al momento con amore la torta di fragole perfetta per finire in dolcezza. Certamente ci piacerebbe ritornare
