Trattoria Hong Ni In Milano

The restaurant is not bad, especially for its great choices on its menu. I honestly don't dare say that I know it or that I had a great initial impression, but I have to say that the food was satisfactory, within the limits of my expectations. So far I have been there twice and for the second time, only for take-out. Perhaps the review will not be the most positive that I have done so far, but I still recommend trying it, since they have a vast repertoire available on their menu.

Good Chinese restaurant in via Rosmini, at the end of the street. The food is excellent, varied menu, quality raw materials and a good chef to prepare them. This is the secret of this place, frequented by many Chinese families and Italians who see beyond appearances. The clean, tidy and comfortable place may not appeal to those looking for a trendy place. But here you eat well. I recommend it and will return soon.

Top special cuisine. Not the usual Chinese

I really like Hong Ni. Since, years ago, no one has bothered because they have some hardcore dishes, not even translated and left in Chinese (pork blood and the like), but if you tasted their grilled lamb skewers with spicy spices, you would eat a dozen of them. Both the clams and razor clams with light soy sauce and spring onions are spacey. My favorite dish is lamb fondue, to be accompanied strictly with white rice. It is not spicy but extremely tasty. The regular customers are mainly Chinese, with whom you make friends easily. Feng is the legendary owner, of whom I would only ask that the staff learn a little Italian. Homemade pork ravioli. Kind, fast, prepared and welcoming with children with two types of high chairs, menu to select on the tablet. Fun to see all the ingredients at the entrance. Restaurant frequented by Chinese - always a good sign - and, above all, very good, with authentic Chinese flavors.

Truly a great discovery! Really good first courses and the same goes for the skewers, lots of variety of meat dishes. The fried ice cream was also delicious. Friendly and helpful service, I recommend :)
