TOP hospitality, even for our two dogs (well-behaved, but medium-sized); TOP TOP menu with amazing pecorino parmigiana and apple crumble as good as I've ever eaten; TOP TOP TOP location that makes you feel at home, and really makes you feel good. We will be back, you guys are really very good!

There were three of us for lunch with a little girl.
Characteristic and clean environment with a small internal room and 3/4 external tables.
Very friendly and nice staff, the owner is very helpful.
Well cooked and tasty dishes, not abundant but enough to satisfy hunger.
They have 4 or 5 types of beer on tap, from the classic light beer to the blanche to the double malt.
Prices a little above the Gressoney average but the quality is there.
Bread, pasta and desserts…all homemade.

Discovered by chance while we were passing through Gressoney Trinite, a very welcoming little place. They make everything in house from bread to desserts.

Arriving by chance for lunch, we received a great welcome, and consequently an excellent presentation of the menu. Great willingness to offer tastings of the various dishes chosen. Good and well presented dishes all with high quality products, with an eye to local producers. Wide choice on the wine list. Right relationship between price and quality. Advised.

4 of us had dinner at the Trattoria Hirsch Stube. The food was superb as was the service. Very well presented , imaginative and delicious. Wine recommendations were also very good. We ate Sunday evening and went back again on Monday as it was so good. Francesca was a charming host and explained the menu choices very well.

In un posto gradevole ma che da fuori sembra poco più che un bar si incontra una qualità di piatti di tradizione valdostana e soprattutto piemontese di livello altissimo. Ogni piatto in menu è curato in tutti i dettagli.

Hirsch Stube é uno di questi posti che non sai se promuovere a chiunque o custodire in segreto tutto per te. Pochi tavoli, pochi piatti, massima resa! Tutto buonissimo, dall'antipasto al dolce. Titolari gentilissimi ci hanno accolto col sorriso, proposto delle varianti vegetariane nel caso ne avessimo avuto necessità, accompagnato con cortesia durante tutto il pasto. Un motivo in più per tornare a Gressoney.
