We booked last-minute for lunch on Saturday, September 6th.
They were very kind, even holding a table for us after 1:30 PM.
We had lunch outdoors (very nice).
The owner was very kind, welcoming us and explaining the dishes (prepared by her husband, a chef with a degree in biotech).
The dishes were already inviting just hearing them described, but they were truly delightful when they arrived at the table.
The ideas and combinations were also excellent.
Each course was better than the next, right up until dessert.
Truly everything was excellent!
Kindness and goodness go hand in hand.
The interior of the restaurant is also very charming.
Excellent location.
Prices more than in line with the order.
We will return as soon as possible.

Excellent experience... at least once a year we dine with these fantastic guys. He cooks divinely, and she knows how to make you feel at ease, explaining the dishes very well. The hospitality is top-notch. If I had to give a rating, it would be an A+. We'll always be back. I recommend it.

We found the place somewhat by chance, but it was exactly what we were looking for. A small, welcoming place, with just a few seats and relaxing music in the background, while you savor dishes prepared with true passion. The chef, who also owns the restaurant with his wife, works alone in the kitchen, but prepares truly special dishes. His wife, who works in the dining room, is extremely friendly...a true experience...

Excellent meal of typical products, beautiful raw materials and a great chef. Good wine. Excellent bread. Good advice. Excellent service (in French or English). Be careful not to be tempted by all this excellent cuisine because in the end it starts to cost a lot 😅😅😅

We had lunch with my husband and three children; the welcome was excellent from the start, and the owner accommodated the children's requests and was attentive to them. The food is all homemade and high-quality; the freshly whipped cream is a real treat. The atmosphere is lovely, quaint, and the music is relaxing. The prices are fair for the quality and sophistication. Highly recommended.

This is our favorite restaurant in Gressoney-La Trinité. We've been coming to this family-run trattoria for many years, and it's always a wonderful experience. Davide and especially Francesca are two extraordinary hosts who make you feel at home. The menu hasn't changed much over the years, but that's exactly why we like it :-) A few dishes made with quality ingredients and, above all, a lot of passion. The prices are fair for what they offer. I've been wanting to give them a 5-star review for a while now because they deserve it. Well done!

ハイキング旅行で当地を訪れた際に、夕食に伺うました。滞在していたホテルから徒歩5分ぐらいでした。
事前に予約して行ったので、無事入れましたが、夫婦でやっている７テーブルの小さなレストランなので、飛び込みだと満席のこともあるようです。
郷土料理が食べたかったので、その旨を奥さんに伝えたら、英語で丁寧に説明してくれました。頼んだ料理は写真のものですが、料理も手作りパンもホームメイドのデザートもとても美味しく満足でした。接客も丁寧で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。機会があれば再訪したいレストランです。

Ho fatto una escursione al bivacco Gastaldi. Da principiante sconsiderato quale sono sono andato su senza zaino né borraccia....al ritorno erano le 15,30 .ca ed ero gravemente disidradato e affamato. Questo locale era ancora aperto nonostante le indicazioni all' esterno spiegassero che nel pomeriggio se non ricordo male alle 14,30 o alle 15,00 avessero una pausa. Ho chiesto una birra e la signora al banco mi ha fatto subito presente con fermezza che erano in chiusura. Dopo qualche insistenza la signora in maniera davvero gentile mi ha servito una birra alla spina da 50cl terminata a tempo record. Che dire....era un caso di emergenza e anche se la signora forse non se ne è resa conto la gentilezza ha prevalso. Tornerei volentieri.
