The exquisite, very kind owners, the warm, welcoming environment with a breathtaking view of Monte Rosa, provide a splendid setting for delicious, creative dishes, with local ingredients and above all everything is homemade, from pasta to bread. Wonderful experience!

Trattoria/ristorante a conduzione famigliare. Ambiente informale, accogliente e famigliare. Il ristorante non è grandissimo quindi è necessario prenotare con un po’ di anticipo. Piatti molto molto buoni e con ingredienti di qualità. Tutto perfetto. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare.

A unique experience... an explosive mix of very good and delicate Aosta Valley cuisine together with the friendliness and generosity of the lady. I recommend everyone to stop in this fantastic place. Compliments!!!

Very pleasant atmosphere, top hospitality and a carefully curated selection of dishes with 100% local products. For us a fixed stop where we return with pleasure every time we return to the area.

02/05/2025: We had dinner at Le Gourmand this evening. Exceptional experience both in terms of Abruzzo and Aosta Valley dishes. A welcoming and very particular environment. Attention to detail, the location; the quality goes perfectly with the presentation of the dishes. And so much sympathy… Highly recommended. Well done!
