In two days we were in Gressoney twice, very good food, and they are very nice and make you feel at home

I can only define HIRSCH STUBE as one of the best trattorias we have experienced. Good refined food, excellent selection of products, clean and well looked after; a small place but very welcoming from the managers, 2 young guys who have invested their love for catering with passion obtaining excellent results. We will certainly be back and highly recommend it.

Small restaurant run by wife and husband. Warm welcome, exquisite dishes and excellent friendliness. Absolutely worth a visit if you are in the valley. Make a reservation because there are very few tables

Weekend a Gressoney con. Le amiche ed abbiamo pranzato da Francesca e Davide. Due persone squisitissime che ci hanno accolto veramente con il cuore. Francesca una padrona di casa fantastica e Davide con i suoi piatti ci ha conquistato. Ve lo consiglio al 100%. Tutti prodotti selezionati e cucinato con semplicità ma con un gusto super. Francesca e Davide spero di rivedervi presto non solo per il cibo ma anche per passare del tempo con voi. Un abbraccio con grande affetto.

Siamo capitati in questa trattoria per caso, ma siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. I gestori sono molto cordiali, simpatici e disponibili. Tutti i piatti che abbiamo preso erano veramente buoni e sostanziosi, preparati con cura. Lo consigliamo assolutamente per chi passa da queste parti.

28/01/2025: Restaurant found "by chance" by reading the reviews, my husband is gluten and lactose intolerant. They had a lot of attention (which is very rare) and finally we ate a nice plate of pasta! Really delicious dishes. Prices normal. The restaurant is very well looked after. Before ordering they brought some sort of appetizer. And afterwards with the coffee also some sweets. I recommend everyone to stop. We eat very well. We can't wait to go back! Thank you
18/01/2025: We really enjoyed two appetizers with fantastic flavours, in particular the tartare with fried egg, it was a wonderful experience. The first courses were a little too generous and meant we didn't have to choose dessert. Super recommended! Average quality/price ratio.

17/02/2025: Beautiful, and excellent self-service restaurant.
15/02/2025: What a thrill to arrive on the roof of Europe. Stuff that makes you shed a tear. However, the climb is expensive, the services are expensive and having lunch at high altitude is impossible if you don't book.
