After many years, I returned with friends and was delighted to find excellently prepared dishes, fast, attentive, and friendly service, in a quiet and welcoming atmosphere.
We enjoyed several goose dishes (the terrine with brioche bread and onion jam and the pâté with croutons were splendid) of unquestionable quality, accompanied by homemade bread and breadsticks (bread with goose cracklings, black and white), which sold like hotcakes.
The two desserts were excellent: the apple strudel with cream and the zabaglione cake.
Prices were reasonable but not excessive.
We will definitely be back.

Goose lunch. Exceptional!
The appetizers included goose breast, goose salami, galantine, and goose pâté.
Then we moved on to risotto with goose salami paste, black-eyed peas, and bonaria.
Then the roasted goose breast with roast potatoes! And finally, dessert!
The wines were excellent!
Everything was truly remarkable.

Want to eat truly well-cooked goose? This is the restaurant for you. Not only perfectly cooked goose, but also goose cured meats and pâtés, classic Lomellina dishes, and excellent wines. The desserts are delicious, all accompanied by impeccable service: friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Bravo!
