While somewhat hidden from view, the restaurant boasts a spectacular interior and an atmosphere that foreshadows the quality you'll find on the plate. The true highlight is the cuisine, meticulously prepared down to the smallest detail. The chef's passion and mastery are evident, particularly in the goose dishes: a superb experience that alone is worth the visit. Each bite is a perfect balance of tradition and refinement. To accompany these delicacies, there's an equally impressive selection of beverages: the wine cellar is excellent and offers a wide selection, as is the selection of grappas for an excellent end to your dinner. The service is impeccable, punctual, and managed by highly professional staff. The owners are also extremely friendly and know how to make you feel at home right away.
