I stumbled upon this place by chance while riding my motorcycle. I really appreciated both the courtesy and friendliness of the staff and the quality of the food. I chose their proposed menu (which is a rarity; they usually serve at least two people). The first courses were delicious, and the crescentine, tigelli, and cured meats were also very good. The portions were so generous that I couldn't finish them all, and they even packed a takeout bag for me with the leftover crescentine. Highly recommended.

I don't usually leave reviews—and I regret not taking photos that would reflect the dishes—but here I felt an exception was warranted. I consider this trattoria the ideal place to enjoy a good meal before the hustle and bustle of life. It's one of those places where absolute silence reigns as soon as the dishes arrive, as you're captivated by the authentic goodness of the carefully assembled ingredients. An excellent introduction to those visiting the Bolognese Apennines for the first time, as well as the perfect stop for a dinner with friends and/or family.
The authenticity of tradition and values passed down from generation to generation shines through in the rigorously hand-rolled dough, the portions that remain as generous as ever, and the flavors that are unfortunately found less and less frequently. It's truly difficult to find a dish that's poorly executed or out of place, so offering menu recommendations is difficult and perhaps even wrong; you always end up on your feet.
The quality/price ratio, considering the quantity, is truly enviable these days. Honorable mention also goes to the staff: very friendly and, above all, attentive to all diners' needs, without ever being intrusive. There are several vegetarian options, which is not a given, and the desserts are excellent. I'd say it's definitely worth a try :)
