Friendly little trattoria a little bit away from the tourist onslaught in Lucca. The food was really tasty and the service way excellent. Very much a place where you will find the locals enjoying a good meal.

Excellent restaurant a stone's throw from the center of Lucca. Varied menu, quality raw materials and impeccable service. Perfect for our dinner with friends. Definitely worth trying again, perhaps on one of the themed evenings!

Ottima ospitalità, menù locale con ingredienti di prima scelta, bellissima presentazione dei piatti, il servizio dei camerieri cordiale e amichevole. Tra menù di mare e di Terra (eravamo in 4) tutti i piatti erano ottima scelta. Spoiler: la polvere dorata dà un tocco magico... a cercatela nei dessert:))

Bel locale appena fuori le mura di Lucca. Personale molto cortese , buon cibo presentato molto bene, prezzo onesto,assolutamente da consigliare

08/12/2024: We went to Il Giglio for lunch and had a great time, we ate the risotto with pumpkin, cabbage and chestnuts which was delicious, the place is original and the staff were very kind! We will be back soon.
