Wide choice of dishes, all equally inviting, among which we recommend the calamari... truly magnificent! The fish is very fresh and masterfully cooked. The wine list is also excellent. Very trained, honest and pleasant waiters.
The only flaw: the environment was a little too hot.
Overall, a highly recommended experience (and one to be repeated :))!

One of the best dinners of my life! Friendly and helpful staff. The first courses were superb (Paccheri with swordfish and Paccheri with seafood), but the second course (tuna with corn breading and caponata) truly left us speechless! Furthermore, a very good white wine was recommended to us and the decomposed cannoli with which we finished dinner was also a wonderful surprise. We will definitely be back, we recommend it!

Caramelized pork fillet that exceeded expectations. Fair price for the quality offered. A blues background that accompanies a splendid dinner. We will return

I had dinner with my wife in this little place hidden in the streets of Noto and I must say that I had never discovered it more pleasantly. Francesco the owner immediately welcomed us very well and made us sit down. We ordered a Giufà appetizer (with caponata, various types of cheese with different maturations, donkey mortadella and piccate spinata), cavatelli alla norma and pork fillet. Needless to say, everything was delicious!! If you pass through Noto, look for it and stop by Francesco, it's really worth it!

Posticino nascosto, non troppo segnalato,da fuori per nulla turistico, dentro minimale ma molto stiloso.
Francesco persona di fiducia anche se conosciuto in quell’istante, sa consigliare e direzionarti nelle scelte benissimo.
Ottimo intenditore di amari di carattere.
Nota di merito per gli spaghetti con la bottarga.
