Trattoria Giovanelli In Solignano

02/07/2025: As soon as we exited the motorway at the Parma toll booth on the A1, next to the first petrol station, we were shown this place for a lunch break. From the outside it didn't look like much. We parked our motorbikes in the spaces at the entrance of the place, even though we hadn't booked (a place very popular with regular customers), in a very short time they found us a place. The owner and staff were very courteous, I would like to point out the young waitress who served us, always smiling, available to please us by providing us with precious advice. Place with vintage furnishings, very nice. Very good and well-kept food; while waiting, there were flakes of Parmesan and Parma ham that melted in the mouth. I ate a mix with very good vegetable lasagna and very tasty herb tortelli. Fast service but never pushy. A great experience that I recommend and an address that I have saved for future visits to the area.
