A special atmosphere, incredibly fresh and beautifully presented food, and attentive and well-prepared service. Andrea, the head waiter, explains the dishes with passion and attention to detail, and you can trust his recommendations completely. The house wine is excellent and pairs perfectly with the restaurant's prevailing flavors. It's definitely worth stopping for dinner in this beautiful location, which combines tradition, top-quality products, and passion. Highly recommended!

I've been coming here for the umpteenth time now, and it's always a sure thing!
The crescentine, friggione, arrosticini, fillet steak, mushrooms...
Everything is top-notch!
I recommend it to anyone who wants to eat well and taste Bologna in their dishes.

A crowded hillside restaurant with plenty of seating (despite the crowds, the service, while not fast, is still adequate; they trot like crazy). Warm atmosphere, generous portions. Generous toppings, fair prices. The numerous signs with rules, including the municipal animal regulations, are hilarious for their pedanticness. Old-fashioned.
And with his response, the courteous restaurateur provides everyone with an example of his "pedantry" :) Go anyway, it's good.

A typical Bolognese restaurant in the hills above Calderino. It has both a spacious indoor and outdoor area, perfect for summer dining. The menu is typically Bolognese, featuring excellent crescentine and local cured meats, which you can pair with a Lambrusco or Pignoletto. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Ample parking is available in front of the restaurant entrance.

We booked for dinner, crescentine and tigelle, and mixed cold cuts. The crescentine are, as usual, unique and exceptional, soft, not greasy, and flavorful (I even eat them cold...). A glass of chilled Lambrusco Otello followed the meal with a spit-roasted cockerel, everything delicious. Still, as it has been for years, one of my favorite places for the quality of the traditional Bolognese menu and the impeccable service. Everyone was excellent, and special praise to the maître d', Andrea! A longtime fixture of the place.
