The staff were very friendly.
The atmosphere was typical of a Florentine trattoria with really good dishes (the fried food is fantastic).

Good food, but nothing exceptional, for prices that correspond to restaurants in the heart of the city, and
more acceptable.
I was shocked when I got the bill. A glass of wine for 15 euros, without any warning, was just too much. The spaghetti carbonara would have been delicious, if it weren't for the bacon. It was old and far too salty, a culinary disaster. It's a real shame, a lovely restaurant with lots of love and history, and friendly service. For the two glasses of wine for 30 euros, we would have otherwise paid the same amount for a bottle. Better service would have pointed this out, but the visit leaves a bitter aftertaste for me.

Fresh pasta in the same location for over 60 years!
The portions are generous.
The prices are reasonable for the location and quality.
Everything is prepared with love, especially the tiramisu.

Testé ce midi en famille... déjà l'endroit est magnifique avec un intérieur tout en bois et brique, les jambons pendus, les desserts qui sentent bon...
Tout ce qu'on a pris étaient:
-bons
-copieux
-à un prix vraiment raisonnable
-que du fait maison
Pour ne rien gâcher, un service agréable et souriant. Vraiment une très bonne adresse, je recommande!

We spontaneously visited this wonderful restaurant and were absolutely thrilled with the food. The pasta was delicious, and the meat was super tender. The tiramisu and the pistachio and nocciola semifreddo were truly delicious! The service was very friendly. We would definitely come back. Era buonissimo, grazie mille!

trattoria a conduzione familiare un po’ retro’ .cucina valida ad esempio il fritto era buono, però 13 euro x tre fette di prosciutto con due pezzi tristi di formaggio sono tanti, anche la qualità della tagliata non era granché , bene il servizio ma x migliorare date più scelta di menu al cliente perché il menù è scarno.

We ate at Gigi’s twice and it was amazing! The pasta with the Pork Cheek was superb and worth it. The paste with the tomato source was simple, delicious and very recommended. The artichoke is a must!
