Warm welcome, excellent wine recommendations, and well-prepared, appetizing dishes. Highly recommended.

Elegant and refined restaurant. The staff is attentive and friendly. Typical Genoese dishes presented with a modern twist. I'd come back to try them all!

Dinner: Well-cooked lean capon, calamari (tasting of the grill) on a bed of mashed potatoes, baked apple with excellent cream. Two glasses of white wine (no choice of wine, two glasses cost the same as one bottle). Before 10 pm (we were having dessert), the owner started noisily clearing the tables for the next day... Not recommended, a shame, years ago it was an excellent trattoria!

A restaurant in the alleys of Genoa. You're welcomed into a rather cramped space, well-maintained but not particularly welcoming. Considering the price, I would have expected a little more from the service. The tables are nice, but a tablecloth would make the experience much more pleasant. The selection of liqueurs could also be improved, adding a few more sophisticated options. That said, the food is above average: carefully prepared, beautifully plated, and of high quality. The wine list is also extremely positive. Finally, kudos to the owner, Dr. or Mr. Bambi, who is friendly, professional, and knows how to make guests feel at ease. I don't know if I'd go back... For the same price, you can eat at much better places. It was NOT a bad experience, however.

The trattoria has a great atmosphere; you can tell it's a very refined place. I didn't like the staff; they were quite aloof and a bit surly at times, but the table service was prompt. The food was good, not exceptional. The bill was exorbitant for what we ate: two very modest first courses and an equally small second course, which I forgot to photograph. The quality isn't poor, but considering the price, it's questionable. The wine was good. A good trattoria, overpriced, but overall good. I wouldn't return.

A place with meticulous attention to detail, and incredibly welcoming staff. The food is truly delicious, with delicate yet flavorful dishes. We had the brandacujun, the tagliolini with white truffle and raw shrimp, the pesto mandilli, and two desserts: everything was perfect!

A typical trattoria with truly friendly staff.... The owner, spectacular, with his typical Genoese hospitality, immediately put me at ease (being Genoese myself), the lady on the staff was attentive to every detail... Speaking of the food: Appetizer: Amazing capon magro with a photogenic composition, Excellent creamed cod First courses: tagliolini with lobster and tagliatelle al nero with onion, pine nuts, and fish, all truly delicious, exquisite and refined quality Desserts: Crema Maurizio, a creamy sauce you'd want a kilo of because it's truly tasty and delicate Chocolate fondant, an excellent cake served warm Wine by the glass, water, and coffee Used The Fork app, but due to poor internet connection, it didn't work as usual, but everything went well! The place is really cute, clean, and perfect for a quiet dinner without that deafening noise... Limited seating, but good for the target audience. A wonderful time! We had the Cappon magro della tradizione genovese, a typical dish full of flavor, beautifully presented and very fresh. Then, the Taglierini with Alba white truffles and shrimp tartare were delicate and fragrant, perfect if you like truffles. The traditional ravioli were also very good. Friendly service and a relaxed atmosphere - a wonderful discovery in Genoa! 🍝✨
