Bellissima esperienza. Scoperto per caso grazie a The Fork. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene: accogliente, familiare e informale.
Nei vicoli di Genova, centro storico, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dal Porto Antico. Abbiamo preso 2 portate di pesce ciascuno ma eravamo troppo pieni per il dolce🙃😑 sarà per la prossima!!!
Il proprietario, Maurizio, estremamente sensibile e con un grande occhio per i dettagli.
Ritorneremo sicuramente!

Good and not predictable cuisine. Service a little slow but friendly. We returned and it was worth it: everything was perfect.

I discovered this restaurant while playing with the Fork and thank goodness I did!! I went to dinner with some friends and we were all amazed! Traditional dishes but revisited in a more modern key, therefore not the classic trattoria. The raw materials are exceptional and cooked in a sublime way. Prices are more than honest for what is offered, I had the discount thanks to the app but I would have happily paid even more! The owner is a truly exquisite person, kind and very patient (we arrived 1 hour late and we were not made to worry for even a moment) and the service was attentive and courteous. I can't wait to have the opportunity to return and I highly recommend it to everyone

Excellent selection of traditional dishes, just revisited or 'gentrified'; the lean cappon was excellent, the brandacujun was good - although I would not have added lemon, leaving the choice to the diner - the top was good, not top. The first courses are excellent, among which the black spaghetti in seafood carbonara stand out, and the millefeuille with cream and fruit really interesting; quite expensive, despite using the TheFork promo

I had dinner here a few nights ago with a friend of mine.
This restaurant offers typical Ligurian cuisine with some dishes revisited very well.
I am Genoese and in my house we always cook typical dishes of my city, so I want to compliment the owner Maurizio for the goodness and quality of the products.
Sorry to give 4 stars but as you can see from the photo, what you need is little and costs a lot.
We ate 2 first courses, 2 desserts, 1 natural water and 1 bottle of wine (one of the cheapest €23). In total we paid 70 euros at a discount because my friend knows the owner so... we would have spent even more. Imagine if we had also taken the second courses... As you can see from the photo, only 4 ravioli were served on the plate. I understand the work behind it: handmade pasta and stuffing with roast "tuccu" etc etc... but the dish was too few and too expensive because it didn't fill me up at all!!
To date, I would call it a RESTAURANT not a TRATTORIA because trattorias are famous for being cheap and serving abundant dishes... there were only 4 ravioli on my plate...

Truly excellent fish dinner!
Two small "harmlessly" furnished rooms, the owner, very courteous and very present.
The well-stocked cellar is his creation.
Neapolitan cook but fish menu oriented towards Liguria.
All apparently simple but very, very good

Locale intimo con pochi coperti. Menù con prodotti di stagione, tutto sempre fresco. Piatti ottimi il tutto condito dalla professionalità e simpatia di Maurizio.
