The attentive staff, the atmosphere, the super clean bathroom, and above all, the quality of the food. The octopus is very tender, the lobster perfectly cooked, and the fried fish excellent. Highly recommended, we'll be back.

A quaint trattoria serving excellent traditional Genoese dishes. The owner is very attentive and courteous, and the dishes are beautifully presented and expertly prepared. Highly recommended.

After two weeks of traveling along the Italian Riviera, we can say that we ate the BEST Tiramisu of the trip here! It was absolutely delicious, tasted like heaven!! And drank the absolute best white wine (unfortunately we don't remember which one it was). The atmosphere felt classic, a bit too stiff and formal for our taste, but the head waiter/waiter was wonderfully quirky, which spread a good mood.

Luckily, we were able to get a table for two on the spur of the moment and were pleasantly surprised. The food was truly delicious and seemed to have been thoroughly thought out.
The wine served to us was also very tasty. However, it took a while to be served after being assigned a table. This was due to the fact that there are only two servers.

I chose to dine at this trattoria because of its location: Vico delle Camelie. An opera lover since childhood, it was an irresistible draw. I browsed the website, the menu, and the restaurant's philosophy, and it was a snap to confirm the reservation for a romantic Saturday evening. Well, every expectation was amply rewarded.
From the moment you enter, you're immersed in a pleasant and relaxing experience, conveyed by the welcoming, very clean, and elegantly subdued atmosphere, while still retaining its popular soul. The background music, never invasive, provides a pleasant backdrop to the discreet and well-timed service, while still leaving the spotlight—though never invasive, yet wisely measured—to the owner Maurizio, who, in his elegant sommelier suit, guides you through the menu and wine list with calm, knowledgeable gestures and conversation.
Each dish was a journey through Genoa's past, masterfully executed and presented, seasoned with a touch of innovation that showcases the finest ingredients.
We chose Cappon Magro and U tuccu a-a revèrsa, which enchanted us (you absolutely must try both, they're divine!!!), followed by the calamari stuffed with themselves, a dish I'd describe as a cloud of softness and intense, delicate flavor.
The desserts!!!! Oh my, the desserts!!! Crema Maurizio, I'm in love with it, but the tiramisu was also sublime!
We'll definitely be back to try the other dishes on the menu and the new offerings, which I'm sure will be seasonal. My compliments to the entire staff!!!

100% local Ligurian cuisine. Formal and attentive service. Maurizio is a great wine expert with many local labels. Fresh, quality food cooked to order. Fresh and delicious desserts. Definitely worth a try!

Se cerchi un posto tranquillo con una cucina di alta qualità allora lo trovi sopra piazza Cavour in via delle Grazie. Pochi coperti in un ambiente intimo, una cucina ligure ma intelligentemente rivisitata, una ottima scelta di vini da accostare a quello che si è scelto. Maurizio Bambi ha continuato la vita di un ristorante storico aggiornandone il menu e accrescendone la qualità. Posto ideale per cene in coppia o con numero ristretto di amici e, perché no, per incontri di affari.
