Really everything is very good and genuine but...I have never found such a special and unique polenta, it took me back in time! Thanks to grandma who cooks with so much love! I hope to be able to return 💝

Questa trattoria vanta di una posizione con vista sul lago di Rimasco e offre menù con piatti tipici della zona ottimi con porzioni adeguate e prezzi abbordabili. Personale cordiale, lo consiglio vivamente.

15/03/2025: Excellent meat, really tender and tasty. However, the lady at the checkout, on a bill of almost €30, instead of subtracting 8 cents from the total because she didn't have the 2 to give me, rounded up to 10 cents, so she rounded up in excess towards me and this isn't nice... a bit stingy here
29/10/2024: I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant, and I have to say it was a fantastic experience. I called directly to place the order and found the staff extremely kind and helpful in answering all my questions and recommending dishes. The delivery was very punctual, which I really appreciated, because the quality of the service really makes the difference. And the food? Simply delicious! Everything was carefully prepared and arrived hot and well presented. I highly recommend this restaurant for both the quality of the food and the excellent customer service.

Soul Kitchen

06/01/2025: I discovered this restaurant on Google Maps while looking for a place to have dinner. I must say that the environment is very welcoming. We ordered drinks and food; the first cocktail for my boyfriend was unbalanced, with more water than anything else. However, the staff quickly noticed this and promptly replaced the drink. However the wine for me, very good.. However, I expected more from the dish I chose.
01/11/2024: We came to Vercelli by chance and by chance we found Vale and his chef. Being in Vercelli I wanted to eat risotto, but the two restaurants we went to were fully booked. By pure chance we arrived at Soul Kitchen and I'm so happy not to have found a place in the previous places. Vale is very nice and the food is of excellent quality. Congratulations you are special (like the 2013 Vale coffee 😁)
