While walking through Florence, we stumbled upon this very nice restaurant in a small alleyway. Warm welcome, impeccable service, and delicious food. Good advice on food and wine. Away from the tourist traps. I recommend it.

Stumbled upon this trattoria while walking in the streets of Florence, the interior is stunning, we asked the waiter if they could accommodate a table for 4 people, they were super kind and asked us to wait 5 minutes. The food is delicious, we had the tagliolini del magnifico, which was amazing and very flavorful, filetto di manzo (one regular and one al tartufo), which also was amazing and the seabass, which was less flavorful but still very good. The ambiance was overall great, waiters were very friendly, would definitely recommend.

We keep coming to Garga for their wonderful food and solid wine list. Iconic dishes like Pasta with Wild Boar and Pasta Magnifico cannot be missed. To make it more special, their service is attentive and welcoming. We shall return soon.

Florence at it's finest - extraordinary food (antipasti pecorino cheese plate was a delicious education in one of the most popular Italian cheeses; Scampi Risotto was served al dente with great seafood flavor-delicious; Elephant Ear veal was a flavorful cut of meat with a delightful, thin breading; we ordered a side of sautéed spinach and I think this was my favorite dish - very rarely do you taste FRESHLY picked spinach leaves like this; back home I always get tough, viney leaves or the tasteless baby leaves. Perfectly prepared with just the right amount of olive oil - this was a real treat (along with a couple of glasses of nearby Brunello) PS - the Olive Oil was out of this world, really delicious, fresh tasing and great color (also memorable)

A great place for those who want to have dinner a little later in Florence, it closes at 11:30 pm Great service, the food is delicious, fair price! Very well served dish!! I would definitely go back

Fuimos la primera vez porque las críticas eran buenas. Fuimos de nuevo dos noches después porque la comida y el servicio eran buenos. Una bienvenida genuina.
