Lunch at this trattoria was the most enjoyable experience of the day. The place is well-kept, with a vaguely old-world feel, and the staff is friendly and professional. Stopping for lunch on a weekday, we also found it rather empty and quiet. We ordered malfatti and casoncelli, both delicious, and for dessert a crispy basket and a creamy dessert. Everything was delicious!

Dinner with my wife on Thursday evening. Welcoming place, friendly staff, and fast service. We had malfatti al bagos, beef in olive oil, and dessert, all washed down with red wine. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented.

22/02/2026: We first visited this traditional restaurant for lunch seven years ago, and it still amazes us. Every time we pass through Edolo, our first stop is La Corte di Bacco. We visited on February 19th for lunch and ordered the platter of local cured meats and cheeses. Delicious. I recommend trying the sauces to pair with the cheeses as you like. We skipped the first course and dived right into the second course. Sliced ​​venison accompanied by mixed vegetables and baked potatoes. A delight. To finish, I recommend ordering the buckwheat dessert. Superb. Thanks to the staff and owners for their warm welcome. Rating 11.
