A delicious mixed antipasto of cured pork meats, all Slow Food Presidia, meaning locally sourced! The frico was excellent, I'd say—there are almost 30 of them—with the soft whole-wheat polenta on the side, which was a delight. Artisanal bitters prepared by pharmacists from Friuli Venezia Giulia. Attentive service, and the Sicilian-born waitress was very friendly.

What can I say! The selection of ingredients is unique and truly remarkable. Aside from the delicious frico (there are about twenty variations), we ate here twice to try different dishes. The cured meats come from select sources and are truly spectacular. We couldn't help but try the cheeses, truly excellent! The Limousine beef, whether as a burger, in the grilled meat dish, or as a ragù for tagliatelle, is truly delicious. A special mention also goes to the beer, which couldn't be found anywhere else. The desserts, all strictly homemade, are also a must-try.

The best ficheria in Friuli, our umpteenth stop today from Bologna. The owner, Renzi, is a gentleman. Worth trying and returning as many times as possible.

A quiet place in a quiet area. People come here primarily to savor frico (a typical Friulian dish), served in many variations. The cuisine is traditional and deeply rooted in the region, including the ingredients: everything is delicious and natural. The tiramisu is exceptional, especially considering the portions, which are served approximately 20x20 cm. Overall, excellent value for money.

Discovered by chance. Located in a quiet residential area. The traditional dishes are delicious and plentiful. They also have Sauris beer. I highly recommend it!
