I dined there last night and was very pleased. Excellent food, top-notch Piedmontese rosé wine. Impeccable service. The owner and waiters were super helpful. A positive experience I'll repeat when I return to Turin.

The location is quite strategic, given its proximity to the station. They probably have a good customer base, which somewhat detracts from the mediocre quality of the food and the high prices. The staff is friendly but a bit hasty, and the "bosses" and their own waiters aren't exactly the friendliest. If I'll return, it'll be purely because it's convenient, but if you have a bit of time, it's worth walking a few hundred meters further.

The atmosphere is small but welcoming and well-kept. The dishes are simple and authentic Piedmontese, especially the desserts. The staff is very friendly and available to help with any variation of each dish. They also offer a small welcome aperitif. A young lady at the puanoforte also livens up the evening.

I was amazed by this trattoria, because it is a trattoria! The food is truly good and plentiful. What keeps me from giving it full stars is the atmosphere, which is very much like a trattoria, and that's fine, but it's winter and perhaps it would be better to turn the heating on; it's not nice to see people eating in their jackets.

07/02/2026: The truth is, it was well located and connected by public transport, but we had the bad luck that the tram line that stopped right next to the hotel was under construction, so we had to walk to the next stop. To make matters worse, we happened to be there during a demonstration, and public transport wasn't running, so we walked to the city center to explore it. The breakfast had a bit of everything and something for everyone.
06/02/2026: The rooms were clean and well-appointed, although the third bed hadn't been made up and we had to wait a good half hour for the maid to arrive. A bothersome smoke smell came from the ventilation ducts and lingered in the bathroom and the room entrance for the entire stay. The staff were friendly and helpful; the breakfast was plentiful and varied. Convenient checkout at 12:00 PM.
