Trattoria Fluviale Vecio Mulin In Verona

Location fantastica in quanto ha una saletta che si affaccia sull'Adige e permette di ammirare lo scorrere del fiume, ponte Pietra, il teatro romano, castel San Pietro: ricorda le location parigine poste sul lungo Senna. Menù vario sia di terra che di mare. Noi abbiamo provato sia i piatti di terra a base di formaggio e tartufo, sia i piatti di mare e ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Anche la carta dei vini è molto buona: noi abbiamo optato per un rosso locale Valpolicella che si è dimostrato veramente azzeccato. Un elogio va al servizio che si è dimostrato altamente professionale. Prezzi nella media degli altri ristoranti in zona. A Verona si mangia molto bene ma questo ristorante ci ha decisamente conquistati. Peccato dover partire perché avrebbe meritato un'altra visita.

Excellent lunch in a cozy restaurant just outside the Castelvecchio museum. They welcomed us with professionalism and kindness. Elegant atmosphere with interesting details such as the checkered cement tiles on the floor or the thonet chairs. Excellent food! Excellent table linen and service! The kitchen is open, super clean! We had pappardelle with venison ragout, orange and chestnuts: sublime! Congratulations indeed! The Wiener schnitzel was also stunning: tender on the inside and crunchy on the outside, it melted in your mouth! I should give 10 stars if I could! Absolutely worth trying. Fortunate are the residents of Verona who can delight themselves several times with the delicious dishes offered by the chef. Keep it up!

I expected more for Carbonara, but it was ok, nice space, but bad service.

Had a wonderful meal. We got lucky, a reservation had cancelled. Shared the scallops to start, my wife really enjoyed the spaghetti and the pappardelle was fantastic. Great service throughout. Fantastic wine list. Would recommend if in Verona.

Really enjoyed this meal - perfect location along the river. Staff were helpful and friendly. Had the fish paella - delicious, looks expensive but you get a HUGE portion with lots of amazing fish. Would happily have eaten it 3 x over
