Trattoria Fita In Borgo tossignano

Unfortunately I don't live near this restaurant, or maybe luckily because I could have squandered all my wages on typical delicacies of Romagna cuisine... asparagus larded with ham in cream cheese, roast rabbit and guinea fowl, various types of pasta, homemade, with vegetable or meat sauces, grilled meats and much more. Even a mashed potato flavored with parsley, oil and garlic to taste or an artichoke cut in vinaigrette is something you remember. All served with friendliness and kindness. Having tried this small and welcoming place twice, it has already induced addiction... alas!!

A great place for all meat eaters.

We had a very good time, we ate very, very well, the right mix of innovation and tradition. The guys know a lot about it, both when it comes to drinking (great knowledge of wines and a good choice) and meat (which is why you have to go). They even let us taste some meat cut very thin with a knife and raw to taste the difference between the two types, then the cooking on the grill was perfect. Perhaps a very small flaw is the slightly unbalanced proportion between price and quantity regarding the starters. The bread basket, although optional (not included in the cover charge), as well as being delicious and delicious, offers toasted bread that rocks! Friendly friendly staff. In short, absolutely worth returning! P.S. unfortunately we were so hungry and everything was so delicious that I didn't take any photos this time around!!! Doh!
