We entrusted ourselves with standing ovation starters and first courses (I recommend following their advice, in particular that of the head sommelier Giovanni Conte, an exquisite and approachable person). First tops... Exceptional desserts made by them.. On wine... I love to drink well but I'm not very expert, he is a very respectable sommelier. A good wine was recommended, but above all a lot of information was explained and accompanied by what we were eating. Treatment like this is now rare. Everyone thinks about quantity and the clock. Really good! 5 stars deserved.. I'm sorry we're a bit far away otherwise I would come more often.
