Everything was very good, the service was friendly and fast, the prices were fair, the meat was excellent, as were the pasta dishes, and the local, zero-mile vegetables... It's a shame, but it's justified because we're in the heart of the Maremma countryside, that there were a lot of insects, which fortunately disappeared by 9:00 PM, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars! Finally, I suggest replacing the outdoor tables and chairs, some of which were very worn.

It's a true Tuscan trattoria, offering traditional dishes from days gone by. Excellent quality food and superb meats. Unforgettable fried sage.
The simple and authentic atmosphere makes you feel at home.

Io e mia moglie siamo capitati qui per caso è per "fame". Posto mitico con all'ingresso citazioni dalle canzoni di De Andrè.. Trattoria di campagna, con un ambiente suggestivo, apparentemente, ma volutamente poco curato. In realtà i ragazzi che servono sono attenti e veloci ed estremamente gentili. Ottimi antipasti e primi preparati con attenzione e con "tradizione".
Lo consiglio a tutti quei soggetti che cercano i sapori della tradizione e che amano gli ambienti semplici. Per tutti gli altri tirate dritto ed evitate di fare recensioni inutili!

Nothing reminds me of the good experiences of a few years ago! Meat (buttera) good but NOT exceptional. To accommodate the Saturday night crowd (I would say at least 120 people), you dine outside in the stifling heat of the square in front of the restaurant, on the asphalt and plastic chairs overlooking the car park and without a breath of air. The rustic and original style of the interior and the veranda overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside are totally precluded. Too bad, it was a place of the heart, but it is better to keep a memory that is NOT there anymore. I will not return.

My boyfriend and I had dinner in this wonderful place in the heart of Vallerana.
Excellent food, generous portions, exquisite staff.
We stayed in one of their apartments for two nights, we were treated very well.
The rooms are simple and clean.
A special thanks to Tiziana and her son Jacopo for the attention they gave us.
We will definitely be back!
