Great food. We ate in the piazza outside which we didn’t even realize belonged to the restaurant. Perfect plate for a late night pasta. Music played from a bar nearby but faint enough so you could still hold a conversation over it but have the ambience of Italian house music.

A hidden gem in Stresa! Had an amazing lunch 🫠 authentic flavors, warm atmosphere, and incredibly kind staff. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a true Italian trattoria experience.

Wow! The food is amazing and the staff are wonderful. Try the local artisan beer (Amleto). I had the starter made of local fish - such flavour! This is possibly the best meal I have had on this Italian break. Next time, I must try the "Birramisu" (like Tiramisu but made with beer, not coffee). Thank you to the two lovely ladies who served us.

Classica trattoria con arredamento migliorabile e luci un po’ scarse. Abbiamo preso un antipasto con pesci di lago buono e vario. Un risotto alla carbonara buono ; un bollito con cipolle caramellate veramente buono. Un dolce discreto. Vino della casa discreto. Una bottiglia d’acqua . Conto 74 € per due persone. Trattoria consigliabile, Personale molto gentile

In una cittadina che sembra vivere di apparenza questo posto propone tanta sostanza! Niente impiattamenti gourmet ma ottima materie prime e molto ben cucinate! La cara vecchia trattoria!

The charismatic owner brings so much warmth and character to the place; it’s clear this is a real family-run labor of love. Everything felt authentic, welcoming, and simply top-notch.
