Excellent restaurant serving Tuscan cuisine far from the hustle and bustle. We have family nearby and never miss going there.

Simple but high quality dishes!

An unforgettable place. Extremely organized environment. Wonderful dishes. We love it. Besides, it was an invitation from my cousin Luciana.

I pass by here every time I'm in Florence, a nice place a little outside the chaos of the city, nice and with very friendly staff. Amazing food, just the memory of it makes me hungry

This was a delightful family run restaurant that we stumbled across while looking for somewhere for dinner. The restaurant was beautiful - especially the outdoor section at the back - and the waiting staff were very welcoming with great English which helped with our very small amount of Italian! The food was just as great! The pasta was perfectly cooked and the beef came just as requested. Desserts were lovely too. Five stars all round.

Extraordinary trattoria, the lady runs it like she did 40 years ago, congratulations! In Florence you can now count the excellent restaurants on the fingers of one hand!

Stunning views and great food! The owners are supper nice (assuming it's the older couple). The service was mediocre and felt judged. Had us in a corner and never revisited.

Un'occasione per riunire le persone più care, per trascorrere un piacevole momento insieme. La trattoria Donnini offre uno spazio adeguato, tavoli apparecchiati con cura e gusto, sempre fiori freschi su ogni tavolo, ampi spazi e svariate salette nelle quali non si forma il rimbombare fastidioso delle grandi sale affollate. Noi siamo stati in veranda : incantevole. Il personale, sorridente e accogliente, è disponibile e presente. Abbiamo mangiato piatti molto gustosi, ben cucinati e ben presentati. Avevamo concordato il menù con Carla, ottima ed esperta padrona di casa, scegliendo tra varie proposte vegetariane (per nostra scelta! La trattoria propone anche molti piatti di carne!) ed essendo primavera inoltrata avevamo dalla nostra tanti prodotti di stagione. Ottimo il risotto con asparagi, ottimi i carciofi croccanti su stracciatella di burrata, ottimi i flan di zucchine e fiori, ottimi i delicati gnudi. Consigliato.

Ho cenato con un collega e devo dire che la qualità dei prodotti si sentiva, buon locale, prezzi in linea con tipologia di locale e servizio, nulla di eclatante, un po’ spartano.
