As a good Catanese, I finally found a good place where you can eat good fresh fish, abundant dishes that with the complete menu, after the super abundant starters, you can't eat the second one. Family-run place attentive to customer needs, I recommend it ❤️

There will be so much for lunch that you won't be able to finish it all. Good cost performance. The second time I came to the store, I ate the squid ink pasta and it was delicious ☺️

It's a shame, first time in this restaurant, honestly the food is very well seasoned, from the appetizers, to the first course and even the second course which is a barbecue... In short, well seasoned, with good flavour, but there was a lack of precision, professionalism, in some tables they forget to bring the fried food, in others they forget the mussels, in other tables they forget the pasta, there is no cure if there is no bread, dirty dishes... There are many things put together which unfortunately do not push me positively, I hope this review is constructive and make up for it with more care for the customer, don't forget the dishes, don't forget which starters were brought... In short, one last note, too much time passes from the starters to the first and second courses, sitting down at 9pm finished at 11.40pm with the second course

We had a great dining experience at Trattoria Don Turiddu da Alfio, with delicious food and excellent service. The dishes were well-prepared, flavourful, and paired nicely with the house wine. However, the plates kept coming out one after another, making it difficult to enjoy a breather between courses. Aside from that, everything else was spot on, the service was attentive, and the pricing was very reasonable. Would definitely return, hopefully with a bit more time to savour each dish!

We went on a trip to Catania on a trip from Bologna. A friend of mine told us he was born here because he ate so well. I can assure you that it is. The woman who served us was super nice and super welcoming. They gave us 5 dishes as a starter, and 2 main dishes with an intermission between the two main dishes. Practically all fish and of very good quality and fresh. Everything was on the menu, it included water and 1 liter of wine and a sorbet for dessert. In addition, the woman gave us a main dish, which we had to order to take away because we were so full from how well we ate. The truth is that it is a restaurant that I would not hesitate to go to again, highly recommended.
