Very nice and well-kept location, friendly and attentive staff.
The menu didn't include a children's cutlet, but we requested it without any problem.
The dishes my partner and I ate were very good.

The appetizers were very good (though larger portions wouldn't hurt, especially considering the price). The main courses were average: the artichoke tagliatelle with goat cheese mousse was neither excellent nor lacking in praise. The stuffed squid on a cannellini bean cream was almost completely covered in cream, with little or no discernible filling. The desserts were good.
Service could be improved: it's unpleasant to see later arrivals served with water and menus first, while we had to repeatedly call the staff, who seemed a bit confused about which tables to serve and who was getting the dishes (which take a very long time to arrive).
Given the prices and how they're defined, I'd expect more attention.

Today I went to this trattoria with my mom!
Excellent experience. I had a creamy chickpea soup with tuna in cooking oil and toasted almonds, balanced and very carefully prepared.
Extraordinary dessert: dark chocolate mousse with salt flakes and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, refined and surprising.
Quality ingredients and great attention to detail.

I tried this restaurant under new management on Friday evening and was truly impressed. The atmosphere is welcoming, with a beautiful contrast between period details and modern touches that make the space refined and pleasant.
Luca, the chef, is very young but decidedly talented.
The staff is courteous and attentive, and a special mention goes to Stefania, who is extremely professional: she recommended a different wine for each guest, expertly pairing it with the dishes.
Congratulations, truly well done. I recommend it and will definitely be back.

Typical trattoria atmosphere and furnishings, very kind staff, good tagliata and excellent boiled beef cheek, but honestly for two second courses, a bottle of water and two coffees 60 Euro seems a bit expensive to me for a trattoria.
