Attratti dalle fantastiche recensioni oggi abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante con coppia di amici. Il posto è arredato in maniera sobria e in generale abbiamo apprezzato il cibo, ad esempio la mia trippa è stato un piatto molto azzeccato, come pure le lasagne e il baccalà con crostini dei nostri amici, però le scaloppine di vitello in agrodolce di mio marito e lo sformatino di riso giallo con crema di taleggio, secondo me, non erano all altezza degli altri piatti, specialmente lo sformatino aveva un gusto piuttosto neutro, mentre per quanto riguarda i dolci, pera al vino rosso con gelato alla vaniglia, tiramisù cachi e arancia e cheesecake al caramello salato, erano veramente buoni e ben dosati, anche se molto cari. Il servizio è risultato un attimo lento e il prezzo un poco sopra la media, vista la posizione e la location.

The Dodicivolte Restaurant (we go there 1, 2 times a year) offers mainly regional Italian cuisine, not just Lombard, in the modernized tradition of Trattorias and Osterias: therefore meat and fish. I booked this restaurant starting from the link on the restaurant's website, finding it convenient. You receive an email confirming receipt of the booking, you wait for the confirmation which arrives the same day: a small flaw, the guests of the evening are not mentioned: There were 7 of us and you still have a minimum of apprehension. The room created inside an old renovated farmhouse is large and bright, very well looked after and clean. Accessible, among other things, to people in wheelchairs in all its rooms, including the toilets. Overall courteous and professional service, considering that we were on a Saturday evening and the place was full. Overall the experience in the restaurant was excellent, friendly and helpful staff, rustic place reminds us of the trattorias of the past, well looked after. The à la carte menu offers a sufficiently wide but not excessive choice of dishes that could disorientate, well balanced between refinement and innovation, everything is pleasantly in line with the venue. Coming to us, as mentioned there were 7 of us, we drew heavily, differentiating almost all the dishes chosen in such a way as to obtain maximum yield. We started with various appetizers, all of reasonable quality: Burratina with Sicilian caponata of aubergines and peppers - Culaccia with vegetable giardiniera - Boiled chicken in salad with raisins, candied citron and capers - Chicken liver pâté with jams and croutons - yellow lentils on savory tartlet, dried tomato and walnut pesto - Cod creamed in extra virgin olive oil with bruschettas. We then moved on to the second courses, except for one who chose Paccheri with fresh tuna ragout. So Seafood Bake (swordfish, croaker, squid, prawns) with cherry tomatoes, olives and capers - Aromatic sliced ​​beef grilled with soy sauce and rosemary - Beef stew with Barbera, served with Storo polenta - Pork cheeks braised in white wine with polenta from Storo - Grilled tuna steak with oil, soy sauce and toasted sesame seeds. All the dishes were found to be of excellent preparation and excellent quality. Here too a small flaw, the portions are sufficient, no more. With five stars I don't mean that here is better than Cracco, but more comfortable and true and delicious and relaxing, yes. Impeccable dishes, traditional and very well served, cheek mushrooms in white wine, fresh fish and many delicacies of good Lombard cuisine.

I was guided by the positive reviews. It was the first time I went to this restaurant. All very good, we had a liver pâté and pecorino di pienza to start, followed by barbera stew and a batch of seafood. All accompanied by an excellent bottle of wine, we then finished with cheesecake and panna cotta. An excellent dinner, the only thing that the environment didn't give me the idea of ​​a trattoria due to the way it is made and a little because of the bill. But it was a positive experience.

I loved it. We were passing through, arriving in a group with children, we were very well received. It was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Many thanks to the boss who, as a bonus, speaks French very well.

Super recommended, excellent dishes of excellent quality. I have been to this restaurant twice and would go back again. Excellent for people with celiac disease problems, they are very careful about these aspects. Friendly staff and prices in line with the offer.
