We ate at this trattoria twice, choosing different dishes each time. Both times were a true delight!
The wait staff was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is unpretentious, but this trattoria on Via Serra focuses on the flavors of traditional Bolognese dishes of excellent quality.

What can I say except that I feel incredibly lucky to have snagged a spot at the counter at the last minute! The owner is lovely (even if he doesn't answer the phone, haha), his cuisine is absolutely refined, simple, and of exceptional quality. Bravo! I thoroughly enjoyed it!!! Flawless.

This trattoria is definitely worth a try. The host is extremely kind and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The dishes are excellent, blending tradition and innovation. The ingredients are top-notch, sourced directly from the Apennines. Reservations are essential, as it's always busy.

Finalmente un posto a Bologna in cui si mangia bene e soprattutto non è diventato commerciale come tantissimi altri. Pochi piatti ma fatti bene. Cura anche nella presentazione. Porzioni giustissime. Vino della casa buono. Staff gentilissimo.
Se volete mangiare bene senza se e senza lo consiglio assolutamente.
Rapporto qualità prezzo corretto.

Este era mi favorito de muchos restaurantes excelentes que visitamos en Bolonia.
Servicio cálido, amable y comida increíble. Sin duda volveremos. El conejo fue deshuesado, rodado y asado a la perfección.
