23/03/2026: Having tasted many schiacciatas in Florence, even the most renowned ones, for me this remains one of the best schiacciatas you can eat in Florence, if not the best! I've had two schiacciatas and I can say they're very digestible, giving just the right feeling of fullness without weighing you down. Soft and crunchy at the same time, with quality ingredients from the cured meats to the sauces like mushrooms, red radicchio, and many others made in-house. A good selection of excellent wines by the glass and beers. The staff and owner are very friendly. A very nice place, even for an aperitif. Good value.
