Trattoria di pesce....e non solo In Pomezia

20/02/2024: I give 3 stars only for the only thing that was up to par - the quality of the dishes. Furthermore, unprofessional service, unprepared staff, zero atmosphere (I went on Valentine's Day) and very little choice on the menu (there were practically no second courses so to avoid being hungry I had to have a first course). Super small place and too many tables for its capacity. I expected much more

16/02/2024: Small but welcoming place, managed with great professionalism and attention by young guys. The cuisine offered, although innovative in its combinations and preparation, has its roots in traditional dishes. Top quality raw materials and presentation, which give due credit to the creation of the dish made on the spot, even if sometimes this greatly lengthens customers' waiting times. We took 2 "Cotto di Elemento" starters with 5 fish tastings, all very good, but in particular I would like to point out the red tuna with pepper cream. Followed by a stratospheric "cacio e pepe" and delicious "ossobuco meatballs with saffron mayonnaise, nestled in chicory and sprinkled with coffee". Closing with an intriguing dessert "hemispheres with hazelnut cream, passion fruit, dark chocolate and salted caramel". Price/quality, including a glass of wine and water, in line with the excellence of the dishes. To return!
