House menu was magical! Me myself only eat gluten free and they provided everything with such high quality regardless! It was great! Service was top too!

Absolutely delicious food and great service. A pre fix menu that delights. Also on a quiet side street while being close to big sites. Biggest downside is it seems they only accept cash, which considering the bill will be pretty substantial for dinner is a big drawback so be warned. They should say so up front. Still would absolutely recommend for a great authentic Roman dinner!

Well, I liked it. Seeing as 99% of the restaurants in central Rome cater to tourists, this one felt authentic. I'm not saying it was exceptional, but at least it was authentic. The menu they set at €35, several decent appetizers, very good pasta, and decent meat. Dessert and a drink are included. You only choose between sparkling or still water and red or white wine. A single, very friendly owner/waiter, and relatively few people. Perfect for escaping the crowds of Rome, but without leaving the center.

On advise of our tour guide we eat here. We we spruitend by the fact that there is no menu and we just got good from the kitchen. Service was good, the waiter was fun. The food was good. We enjoyed.

Nice Roman restaurant - no menu card - delicious food prepared by family 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 of the restaurant - when we joined they serve a 4 dishes menu, white house wine 🍷, water for 35 EUR/ person which is quite fair price for the food you will receive - even after the 2nd course we had problems to finished 3rd course 🤣 - hope they can hand over the restaurant to their kids 👍

I've been to this restaurant many times over the past five years, always for lunch and only once for dinner. The last visit was last Monday for lunch: excellent quality, a simple and casual restaurant, with a stellar set menu based on fresh products that change with the season. The owner, Paola, was a delight: the soul of the place, capable of instantly putting you in a good mood even on bad days. Sadly, she's no longer with us, but the service and atmosphere remain top-notch thanks to Pietro, who has managed to elevate an already special place. I will definitely return and highly recommend it... but only for lunch! At dinner, the service is much slower, lacking the same customer service and attention to detail. The quality of the food remains excellent, but without the eye and attention of Pietro, who only works at lunchtime, the experience isn't as good.

Die Trattoria liegt etwas versteckt und bietet typisch römische Gerichte. Der Chef empfing sehr freundlich und war sehr aufmerksam. Die Gerichte des Tagesmenüs waren alle sehr schmackhaft. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich in Rom bin, besuche ich diese Trattoria und dies schon seit vielen Jahren. Für mich ein Muß. Es handelt sich um eine einfache, römische Trattoria. Gegessen wird, was sie auf den Tisch stellen. Ich glaube, eine Speisekarte gibt es nicht.
