The cuisine is traditional, made with quality ingredients and by a kitchen staff that knows exactly what it means to cook Roman food. There's no need to explain too much here: the dishes arrive one after the other, generous, flavorful, authentic. And after two minutes at the table, you already know you've come to the right place. It's one of those places that reminds you why Roman cuisine is one of the greatest popular cuisines in the world. Every time I return to Rome, stopping at Pallaro is practically mandatory. And I say this with great serenity: If there were six stars on Google, this place would get them all without question. Because there's no show here. The food here is delicious. And great food, too.

A 100% Italian experience, with a set and varied daily menu of typical dishes, served to you as they arrive. Homemade cake, freshly sliced ​​ham, good bread, homemade pasta, and fantastic wine. And all for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended! The service was excellent! Ample space to eat without being crowded. Restaurants like this are becoming increasingly rare!

Excellent Roman food and warm service. It deserves to be liked and appreciated. I first visited years ago, and returning brought back very fond memories.

A warm welcome and a great meal. I think I had 8 courses including dessert, and each was very good. I really enjoyed this meal, it was my favorite in a week of good meals here in Rome.
