I came recommended by a Roman acquaintance in Barcelona and it did not disappoint at all, probably the best meal I have had in my week in Rome and without a doubt the most traditional.
The waiter is super attentive and friendly, they had noted my wife's food intolerances and she booked 1 month ago.
Fantastic food, few people if you book in advance to stay with the terrace, let yourself be guided by the waiters and enjoy!
10/10 I wish all my meals had been this wonderful.

AMAZING food quality/price
First lentils, ham, fennel salad, croquettes, bread...
Then a type of pasta, too much for my taste. 1/2 carbonara and the other 1/2 amatriciana
Followed by meat in room with homemade potato chips and lettuce salad
And to finish, a homemade apple pie and a shot of strawberry juice, which my partner and I have repeated 3 times!
To think that for €35 they offer you all that food and they still have a profit... incredible

Great meal. I always ate bad food in Rome, but here I ate until my stomach was full. The owner really likes Koreans and takes care of a lot of food.

An unforgettable visit. Coincidence led us to Mario, the owner and host. We left with the great feeling of having spent a few wonderful hours in the heart of Rome, with original, regional, homemade Soeisen at a superior level, good wine and a great atmosphere. But above all we will always remember the hospitality and the warmth.

Die Trattoria liegt etwas versteckt und bietet typisch römische Gerichte. Der Chef empfing sehr freundlich und war sehr aufmerksam. Die Gerichte des Tagesmenüs waren alle sehr schmackhaft. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr gut.

You do not order specifics at this restaurant. You are served whatever the chef has prepared that particular day. We were served our choice of white or red wine and then several courses of food including bread, mozzarella, lentils, tomatoes, prosciutto, collard greens, pork, red and white sauced pasta and lemon cake. Fantastic!
