Locale carino e non molto grande. Piatti davvero buoni con materie prime ottime. Polenta fritta con caciotta tartufata e granella di nocciole. Balanzoni bolognesi con crema al mascarpone e guanciale croccante, gnocchetti di patate con prosciutto croccante radicchio aceto balsamico e scaglie di grana, tagliatelle con ragù di cinghiale. Torta di cioccalata e noci, Seadas. Prezzi nella media.

A pleasant lunch break thanks to a not excessive number of seats in the room. The seasonal menu made with excellent products as well as the excellent service that the young owner couple offers. Congratulations guys

Great surprise to find products from Sardinia on the border between Emilia and Tuscany, as well as typical Emilian products, nangiata a fregola with mushrooms, sausage and truffle, really good and tasty, my wife ate the calurgiones of which she praised the thinness of the pasta and a filling delicate and soft, the tomato sauce was excellent, then the final surprise was a truly excellent Seadas (Sebadas), the chef confessed to us that the Seadas itself comes from Sardinia. Excellent restaurant to recommend.

He is Fabio the chef and she is Viviana the maitre, together they are a perfect cocktail of passion, competence and the search for innovation always respecting quality. Varied and original menu served with excellent wines and lots of friendliness.

Passing through Porretta with my partner, we opted for a quick lunch! Nice place run by young people and excellent food A lot of friendliness and professionalism, you can see those who know their job and do it with passion and, when they are young, it is even more pleasing Highly recommended!

Beautiful trattoria!!! 4 of us ate a wonderful lunch!! all the stuff was very, very good!!!! I recommend Balanzoni stuffed with mortadella to everyone!!!!!

Amazing dining experience. This trattoria located in the small town of Porreta brings the nice flavors of Emilia–Romagna to the table. Warm plates and good food quality. The woman in the service is friendly and always focus in the restaurant duties. House red wine is very good and the burrata and mortadella antipasti IS AMAZING. The sweet treat —ice cream with pistachio crumble and peach— is delicate and perfectly done. Good option for dinner if you are in this mountain area.

Restaurant in the center of Porretta Terme always open managed both in the dining room and in the kitchen by young guys. We had lunch outside with a tablecloth and paper napkin and a plastic water bottle. The menu is varied with fish, meat and traditional Sardinian dishes. Well-executed dishes with good raw materials. The place needs to be reviewed as well as the outdoor area and the mise en place, the service is attentive and courteous and the price is in line with the market.

The quality of the food is stratospheric, the service is very friendly, the price is more than honest, what can I say if I return to Porretta I will definitely not need to look for a restaurant thanks for everything young people

11/01/2025: Le prime volte che sono andato per mangiare una pizza, tutto è andato come si deve: servizio nei tempi giusti, pizza buona e bene tutto il resto. L'ultima volta invece l'esatto contrario! Abbiamo aspettato più di un' ora, senza che nessun cameriere si facesse vivo. Quando i tempi di attesa sono così lunghi, secondo me, si deve trattenere il cliente offrendo qualcosa, tipo snack, grissini, bruschette ecc. senza doverlo chiedere. Invece non si visto nessuno. Inoltre, quando finalmente sono arrivate le pizze ( due su tre, perché per la terza ho atteso quasi altri dieci minuti) non erano buone come al solito e in una addirittura mancava l'ingrediente principale: la mozzarella!!! Le scuse alla cassa al momento del pagamento, sono sempre accettate, però così non va tanto bene...
