I want to order and they tell me the kitchen is closed.
The food is excellent and the prices are also quite adequate, perhaps they are a bit noisy in the kitchen and often tend to argue and raise their voices.!?

Locle storico in centro al paese. La attuale gestione propone piatti locali e piatti di cucina sarda, tutti di discreta qualità. Personale gentile. Servizio abbastanza veloce. Prezzi non proprio economici ma comunque in linea con la qualità proposta.

Piatti davvero buoni con materie prime ottime.
Polenta fritta con caciotta tartufata e granella di nocciole.
Balanzoni bolognesi con crema al mascarpone e guanciale croccante, gnocchetti di patate con prosciutto croccante radicchio aceto balsamico e scaglie di grana, tagliatelle con ragù di cinghiale.

Great surprise to find products from Sardinia on the border between Emilia and Tuscany, as well as typical Emilian products, nangiata a fregola with mushrooms, sausage and truffle, really good and tasty, my wife ate the calurgiones of which she praised the thinness of the pasta and a filling delicate and soft, the tomato sauce was excellent, then the final surprise was a truly excellent Seadas (Sebadas), the chef confessed to us that the Seadas itself comes from Sardinia.
Excellent restaurant to recommend.
