Great surprise to find products from Sardinia on the border between Emilia and Tuscany, as well as typical Emilian products, nangiata a fregola with mushrooms, sausage and truffle, really good and tasty, my wife ate the calurgiones of which she praised the thinness of the pasta and a filling delicate and soft, the tomato sauce was excellent, then the final surprise was a truly excellent Seadas (Sebadas), the chef confessed to us that the Seadas itself comes from Sardinia.
Excellent restaurant to recommend.

Beautiful trattoria!!! 4 of us ate a wonderful lunch!! all the stuff was very, very good!!!! I recommend Balanzoni stuffed with mortadella to everyone!!!!!

Amazing dining experience. This trattoria located in the small town of Porreta brings the nice flavors of Emilia–Romagna to the table. Warm plates and good food quality.
The woman in the service is friendly and always focus in the restaurant duties. House red wine is very good and the burrata and mortadella antipasti IS AMAZING. The sweet treat —ice cream with pistachio crumble and peach— is delicate and perfectly done.
Good option for dinner if you are in this mountain area.

Restaurant in the center of Porretta Terme always open managed both in the dining room and in the kitchen by young guys. We had lunch outside with a tablecloth and paper napkin and a plastic water bottle. The menu is varied with fish, meat and traditional Sardinian dishes. Well-executed dishes with good raw materials. The place needs to be reviewed as well as the outdoor area and the mise en place, the service is attentive and courteous and the price is in line with the market.

Cibo davvero buono e servizio celere....ma soprattutto sia l'addetta di sala che il cuoco sono stati gentili e molto simpatici a fare 2 chiacchiere con noi all'uscita.

Per caso di passaggio in questo ristorante,ho mangiato battuta di Fassona Piemontese e una Tagliata di Fassona .che dire entrambe strepitose,grande materia prima ,cucinata perfettamente.complimenti davvero e a presto
