An unusual place where you can breathe Sardinia in the heart of the Apennines. Two fantastic people, professionally trained and humanely predisposed. Very good food and I recommend the seafood fregola.

I arrive and are greeted in a friendly manner, excellent wine, excellent atmosphere, it's like being in a dream, I go with the starter, the first course and I don't order the second course to also see the portions "so as not to waste food", I eat everything, everything is good , I'm hungry...... I want to order and they tell me the kitchen is closed. The food is excellent and the prices are also quite adequate, perhaps they are a bit noisy in the kitchen and often tend to argue and raise their voices.!? Great place, good food, decent staff.

The menu has become "Bolo-Sardinian", after all the red and blue colors are on the flags of the Bologna and Cagliari teams. An essential menu that ranges from traditional Bolognese cuisine to the surprise of some Sardinian dishes.

Locle storico in centro al paese. La attuale gestione propone piatti locali e piatti di cucina sarda, tutti di discreta qualità. Personale gentile. Servizio abbastanza veloce. Prezzi non proprio economici ma comunque in linea con la qualità proposta.

Locale carino e non molto grande. Piatti davvero buoni con materie prime ottime. Polenta fritta con caciotta tartufata e granella di nocciole. Balanzoni bolognesi con crema al mascarpone e guanciale croccante, gnocchetti di patate con prosciutto croccante radicchio aceto balsamico e scaglie di grana, tagliatelle con ragù di cinghiale. Torta di cioccalata e noci, Seadas. Prezzi nella media.

06/04/2025: Been today. Tasted a trio of first courses, refined and "new" flavours. Good presentations. Excellent service.
04/04/2025: Everyone / the food was delicious - great choice of red wine , the homemade spaghetti and ragu as my starter was amazing ….. and then I had the Collette!!!! Cooked with ham and cheese and smothered in the most delicious cheese / mushroom / cream sauce …. Wow !!! Take a side salad which is freshly made as the potatoes will fill you out loooollll and the salad was spot on Now for desert I had a home made pastry ( crostata) tart and with a very nice glass red desert wine ( all wines are local !) Can hardly move now and need a siesta Def def worth visiting

Polpette e Crescentine

20/05/2025: Good food, portions a little small for the price you pay, especially the tortellini in parmesan cream (very good) and the meatballs. I've eaten better Cotolette alla Bolognese, too much cream. The service is okay, even if they moved us from the table after bringing us the drinks. The location could be modernized a little, for example the blue "sponge" ceiling and the curtains on the window (quite dirty, with hair on them). For the rest it's a good place to eat.
14/05/2025: I ate the crescentine which were normal, then the grilled meat which I personally didn't like, but the worst was the service: they were certainly very polite but they completely got the timing wrong... they served me the appetizer and immediately the meat... then a plate of pasta and the side dish...
