Trattoria della Salute In Bologna

We decided to stop for a quick bite while passing by. It was worth it.

We were passing by and they were very kind to find us a table for 10 people! Excellent food and very kind and attentive staff!

Spectacular, we stopped before going to the airport in Bologna and the trip afterwards was much better (on a full stomach you travel better!!

I found it on the map by chance while waiting for Tesla service. It's only a 10 minute walk from there. Very atmospheric and inexpensive. Next time I'll definitely stop by for lunch.

I went thanks to the invitation of a friend because even though I had been in Bologna for many years I had never come across this trattoria. The quality of the food was excellent. Dry passatelli with crispy ham and cream of asparagus were really excellent and the tiramisu with rum and walnuts was exceptional. I don't like the variations of traditional desserts but this one absolutely passed! The waiting staff were young, attentive and very nice. Of course the place may not be much but this slightly retro and "homely" atmosphere helps me to fully enjoy the company in complete relaxation.

How you spend eat, place passed for a tavern so as not to renovate tables chairs walls etc! We start with a two-star service the waiter after having us sit down and immediately asked how we wanted the water (before I argued but now I let it go) disappeared, between one wrong dish and another we managed to eat! Appetizer of discounted cold cuts and cheeses without praise taken and placed on the right plate that mix between tavern and gourmet restaurant as you can see in the photo! First green tagliatelle with duck sauce that well had no flavor except for the cheese we put, when we got here the positive note that turned everything around is the cotoletta alla bolognese that even if everyone does it their own way I really liked this one! We had potatoes as a side dish without salt and the bitter was offered by the house, will we go back? The answer is no, it depends on who you go with, on what occasion. Let's say that for a quick lunch without needs I will go back. In any case everyone is very kind

More rushed than we would have liked, as we had people to meet at the airport. We will return and try other dishes on the menu.

Pranzo veloce con prodotti tipici Bologne. Classica trattoria. Pochi piatti ma buoni. La tradizione è di casa. Primi buonissimi
