Beautiful typical restaurant, food beyond all expectations (which were already high), the very young chef Matteo will have a very long career ahead of him. We had a great time and will definitely be back soon!

Very good appetizers, excellent shank with herbs, perfect tagliatelle with meat sauce, friendly and helpful staff, perhaps there was a lack of more choice in the first courses but satisfied. Old-fashioned location. Medium-high prices. There is no house wine, you have to buy a bottle but overall a positive experience.

A more than positive experience for an evening spent tasting excellent food, from the first starter to the second... Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and honest staff... everything in the family which makes the cuisine of this place even more special... at honest prices of hand in hand with the excellent quality..

A lot of quality in the kitchen Excellent appetizers, try the anchovies in Barbarossa sauce... the cheese gnocchi are delicious The stone cooked meat mix is ​​amazing The wines present are worthy of a demanding palate The Nebbiolos are excellent and the house Rosé is delicious The desserts are also appreciable If you are looking for a family atmosphere and excellent cuisine, I definitely recommend Trattoria del Barbarossa

We had the most wonderful dinner here. The food is spectacular, we had literally the best steak I've ever eaten. They have a small but really carefully curated wine selection. The atmosphere is lovely, it's a family run place and they really care about the food and ensuring that you are having a good time.

13/10/2023: We stayed at Payarin for almost a month and it became our home. Beyond the location which is very nice, we were immediately welcomed in a warm way, the staff is fantastic and super hospitable, especially Andrea and Carlo who made us feel part of the place with kindness and joy.
12/10/2023: I had the pleasure of staying here with my team for a film production. The experience at Payarin was truly unforgettable, Andrea's welcome and Carlo's professionalism were impeccable. All my colleagues agreed with me that this was our best hotel experience we went to for work. We were welcomed and pampered, with the owner and the staff who came to meet us and worked hard to always make us feel like we were in first place. The hotel has a breathtaking view, ensures you have silence but also offers enough activities and walks to be able to enjoy the environment and nature. Delicious food, a great place to spend a stay with your friends, colleagues, or both. Highly recommended! We will be back soon

12/03/2024: perfect for the lunch break: kind, very quick and variety of dishes. I also bring UPS and BRT packages to be shipped.
15/12/2023: Excellent restaurant, home cooking and more; at lunch time, even if crowded, the service is always quick. The sandwiches are absolutely worth trying: I recommend the "tomato, tuna and egg". Ample parking, it also organizes lunches and dinners for private individuals upon reservation... Mattia the owner is very kind and always available. The place is always clean, even the kitchen (seen in person)...
