Trattoria Della Raibetta In Genova

A small trattoria in a narrow alley in the historic center. If you're looking for classic Genoese cuisine, you can't go wrong here. A no-frills atmosphere. Friendly service. Dishes to be savored, not admired.

Personally, I wasn't thrilled. The food wasn't bad, but there wasn't a single dish that stood out to me, leaving a vivid, clear memory. Furthermore, the staff was a bit awkward (which is understandable; perhaps they were inexperienced).

For a place in a typical Genoese alleyway just steps from the aquarium, it doesn't quite live up to tradition. The place is welcoming and clean, the staff are friendly and polite, the food is good, but... the tables are oversized (like a trattoria, but why the tablecloth?) and very close together. The bread basket is served with a few slices of ordinary bread (Genoese focaccia, with sage, and breadsticks, why not?) The meat-based main courses are served without even the most basic side dish (baked potatoes/boiled vegetables). The desserts are a real disaster! Except for the exorbitantly priced canestrelli biscuits, there's no traditional dessert. In fact, they serve a typical Sicilian dessert (tasty and simple, which I make in the summer), but no sacripantina or pandolce. In short, the food is good, but don't expect anything else.

A small, historic trattoria in the city center, just steps from the Duomo and the port. The location is welcoming and elegant. The cuisine focuses on Ligurian specialties, and the dishes never disappoint. The pasta with pesto and mixed anchovies is fabulous, as is the dessert. The wine selection is excellent (I would have liked the house wine in a carafe, but unfortunately it's not available). The service is attentive, prompt, and attentive.

A charming, traditional, small, and family-run restaurant with plenty of local color, off the beaten tourist track. Reasonable prices, ideal for a casual lunch.

It was a real surprise to find an old-fashioned trattoria in the heart of the historic center with old-fashioned prices and excellent cuisine. We stumbled upon it by chance and were more than satisfied. The staff were friendly and the service was very fast.

Everything was as expected... I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a long time... And I was not disappointed... Delicious food... Typical atmosphere... If you pass through Genoa it is absolutely worth trying... Better to book

Nice restaurant, the food is very good, the prices are good...the place is a bit stuffy but that's normal considering we're in the alleys of Genoa...the location is top, very central and easy to reach

Excellent trattoria with succulent homemade pasta, fantastic pesto, and delicious homemade smoked salmon. Very good desserts. Delicious, with a warm welcome.
