We had a midweek dinner with a couple. The place was comfortable, warm, and pleasant, with great attention to detail and cleanliness. The menu was traditional and varied, and the service was provided by young, friendly, and professional staff. I recommend trying the donkey stew; it's absolutely worth it! The orange and Campari sorbet was top-notch! The price was more than reasonable for the menu. 👍🏼 Recommended!

We're in the center of town, with a free parking lot just a few meters away. The restaurant is neat, clean, and welcoming, and certainly matches the kindness and courtesy of the owner and his staff. The Piedmontese menu is excellent, although there are some foreign additions. For example, the fried calamari is excellent. The orange and Campari sorbet is superb, a perfect end to the meal. The wine list is good, and the prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality of the ingredients used and the cuisine. Dogs are welcome.

I returned today after months to this lovely Osteria where the food is truly excellent. Impeccable service. The owners are a very kind and professional couple. As soon as I'm back in the area, I'll definitely book again.

Osteria serving classic Piedmontese dishes, all of good quality and prepared according to tradition. A quiet place to have lunch with friends or family, without too many pretensions or great cuisine. But the price/quality ratio is truly rare these days. Recommended! Well done!

I stumbled upon it by chance and it was a wonderful discovery!!! The veal with tuna sauce as an appetizer was truly delicious, the red cabbage flan with Fontina fondue was excellent, the fusilloni with Castelmagno, hazelnuts, and pepper were truly delicious, and to finish, an excellent orange and Campari sorbet. Excellent value. Highly recommended.

Traveling extensively for work, I've tried countless traditional Piedmontese restaurants, and this establishment proved to be truly exceptional. The cuisine is of the highest quality, with impeccable traditional dishes, enhanced by delicious "off-the-menu" options that showcase the true local specialties. The welcome was perfect, with the staff not only courteous but also extremely knowledgeable. They knew how to pair the dishes admirably with highly prized local wines. A complete and memorable experience. Absolutely not to be missed!

Excellent food, respectful of tradition but with a touch of sophistication. The staff is attentive, thoughtful, and extremely kind...a rarity these days. We'll be happy to return.

I stopped by today by chance for lunch. My first impression was... excellent hospitality, professionalism from the owners, utmost courtesy, order, and cleanliness! Definitely top-notch! Then the food: I had a first course, pansotti with walnut sauce, and they were excellent! The warm bread... I couldn't have a second course due to my limited time, but I had the impression... from the way the diners next to me were enjoying them... that they were very good! Truly a surprise. Well done! A few words about Frascaro: the town is charming and welcoming, like a little pearl nestled perfectly between the plains and the hills. I recommend visiting the Osteria del Gallo Martino. And perhaps after your meal... take a stroll around beautiful Frascaro.
