I've known this restaurant for years, and unfortunately the food is no longer worth it. The Neapolitan menu is poorly cooked. Fried food is reheated and hard. The sea bass gnocchi have a base of water, not sauce. Tasteless Caprese ravioli. Now it's only good for foreign tourists with no discerning palate. The atmosphere is always welcoming, and the selection of biscuits and custard is a real eye-catcher, but I won't be returning. They'd also lost my reservation, but luckily there was a table for six available.

I really hate to say this, because I risks me being able to get reservations next time, but this is the best restaurant in this neighborhood. Hands down, the best. Food is just amazing. We 2 times last year and we were floored. 2 times this year, same. My co-workers this year were asking why I waited to introduce them. Food is just amazing, from the fried bread free offering in the beginning, to the coffee and tiramisu at the end. Service is very good, just a little slow as are all restaurants here. I don’t have an issue with it, but some westerners might.

We had an unforgettable culinary experience here during our city trip to Rome. We started with a small glass of Prosecco, and between our courses, there were always little treats from the kitchen.
Every single dish was a feast for the palate and a treat for all the senses. We could have tucked into every single one. Thank you for the wonderful evening and the excellent service. Highly recommended!

I've been to Trattoria della Barchetta in Rome and was truly satisfied. The food is excellent, with carefully prepared dishes. The waiters deserve a special mention: always kind, attentive, and helpful, they contribute to creating a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere. The restaurant is beautiful and meticulously maintained, perfect for both a dinner with friends and a more special occasion.
The desserts, however, were the most impressive: delicious zabaglione, endless cookies, and a truly memorable tiramisu. I highly recommend this restaurant, where quality and hospitality go hand in hand.
