The dishes are "embarrassingly" delicious. Fast service, friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere is like a trattoria, clean and well-kept. A must-stop if passing through Bologna.

Roman cuisine is in the dishes, the atmosphere, and the air you breathe... Excellent quality, attentive, friendly service, and even knowledgeable about those with food intolerances; as a celiac, I was able to eat crostini, cacio e pepe, and coda alla vaccinara—just tell the staff.

I'd say it was money well spent. The outside look is already beautiful, with ample parking and a very nice view. And of course, since it's a restaurant serving Roman cuisine, I couldn't help but try the authentic carbonara with bacon, which was truly amazing. Prices were reasonable. The atmosphere was welcoming and friendly, and the restrooms were also very clean. We'll definitely be back.

I went to this restaurant serving traditional Roman cuisine through friends. The dishes are exceptional; try the mozzarella in carrozza and the griscia! I also recommend the "maialata" dessert because, despite the name, it's delicious and light! The staff is friendly and very welcoming. Prices are a bit high, but average for the area.

Lunch for 15 people with a set menu consisting of an appetizer (crostini with bacon), which were very good, though overly salty. A second course (spaghetti alla carbonara) was very popular. I didn't like the mezze maniche alla Matriciana, and the second course (porchetta di Ariccia with fennel) was a real disappointment! The pecorino cheese covered the flavor of everything else in every dish. The service wasn't excellent, but it wasn't bad either. The decision not to have a house wine or even a bottle, in my opinion, penalizes the customer, who is forced to buy a bottle and thus raises the final price of the already expensive meal. The set price for the menu was €40 per person, excluding drinks. We paid €55 each, including coffee, liqueurs, and various grappas. The final price didn't live up to the expectations for the meal and the quality of the food. The restaurant was aesthetically pleasing, but the atmosphere was a bit too warm inside. My final verdict is neither good nor bad.

A good restaurant with ample parking. The owner is obviously Roman and shows off his Roman roots. Fast service, a pleasant atmosphere, and good food.
