Trattoria del Volo a Vela l'Accademia del Cacio e Pepe In Zola predosa

I was with friends for a birthday. I ordered A good carbonara and a fillet but with some PROBLEMS. The raw and cold pasta with the carbocrema (for those who don't know and the cream made with egg for the carbonara) which seemed to have expired since 16 January 1900, the fillet served COLD. For the environment and its beauty, if nothing else, they put us next to the door and it was bitterly cold when they opened and closed the entrance door. I would like to go on but I don't feel like it so I don't recommend this restaurant.

Really positive experience at the Accademia der Cacio e Pepe! The staff is pleasant, attentive and always ready to meet the needs of the room. Roman cuisine is excellent, with authentic flavors and abundant dishes that do not disappoint. Definitely a place to recommend for those who love good food and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll be back to try other things.

Good quality/price ratio, I give 3 stars because I found the Carbonara a little subpar compared to those eaten in other places. Attentive and friendly service.

Excellent dishes to eat in winter in a welcoming renovated country farmhouse. In summer the possibility of eating in the garden makes it almost unmissable

Excellent food. Good? Yes! Would I go back? No I will add details after receiving the reminder from the owner. The food is very good: Roman cuisine, portions not abundant but sufficient. The service was completely normal, the waiters were friendly and gave us little guidance in choosing the menu. Ambiance: The restaurant is nice, the atmosphere is traditional and pleasant. At the table we were very cramped and the spaces are limited. There was no heating in the bathroom and the cold entered the room. As said at the beginning: I ate well, but I wouldn't go back because in my opinion the value for money is high.

Good value for money. You can breathe Roman air in the air: from the courteous welcome to the menu. Small note, one of the 5 dishes arrived lukewarm and one of the first courses was a little behind in cooking. We will return to taste the rest of the menu and give the 5 star. PS. Real Roman trattorias offer killer coffee 😜

Cena aziendale in otto persone. Servizio attento, prezzi non eccessivi, buona cucina romana. Anche il vino ha prezzi accessibili. Torneremo sicuramente

Provato per la prima volta a pranzo con amici ed è stata una piacevole scoperta. Molto buoni i crostini ed il supplì, ottimi anche i primi (abbiamo provato carbonara, amatriciana e cacio e pepe) così come i salt'inbocca alla romana. Personale molto accogliente, cordiale e professionale. Prezzo onesto per quello che abbiamo mangiato, forse solo il prezzo dei tozzetti (buonissimi e serviti con due tipi di vino tra cui scegliere) un po' alto considerando che il piatto prevede solamente due tozzetti (va però detto che e stato chiesto se, pagando l'eventuale differenza, si poteva avere qualche "biscotto" in più ed alla fine quelli aggiunti non sono stati messi nel conto). Siamo rimasti quindi molto soddisfatti, torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglieremo agli amici.
