Composed environment, measured service, excellent food.
If I had to give a constructive criticism I would say that the homemade bread (as well as the breadsticks and focaccia) could be improved and have a more open structure.

Per lavoro siamo approdati a Sommariva Bosco. Già solo il paese delle 11 chiese è da visitare, compreso il Castello. Paese delle fiabe, così sta scritto in una rotonda …. Comunque il locale, su una splendida piazza, è l’emblema della cucina piemontese. Ci siamo fidati ed abbiamo ordinato il menù degustazione, che al contrario degli altri locali si presenta con portate vere e ricche … tutto stupendo, materie prime di qualità. Pasta, pane, grissini e focaccia tutto fatto in casa. La carta dei vini è talmente colma che non si arriva alla fine, la cantina per vederla basta scendere di un piano. Super consigliato. Always enjoyed several times previously, but it must be admitted that the last dinner was a journey of excellent flavours! From the freshness of the raw fish to the incredible goodness of the butter served as a welcome, without commenting on the fish Carbonara..

A well-kept, intimate place with a simple and never excessive taste. Really very pleasant environment. Attentive, trained, professional and kind staff. Good wines that accompany traditional dishes but also dishes with a broader perspective where the kitchen has researched, and succeeded very well I would say, combinations of flavor nuances that are stimulating for the palate. Prices in line with the quality offered. Highly recommended... I will return soon I hope.

Elegant restaurant with attention to detail. Small but comfortable room. Trained and kind staff. Excellent dishes, refined and with interesting flavours. There is an à la carte menu, a tasting menu and a menu with truffles. The Piedmontese tradition is reflected together with the search for non-local niche products which give an interesting touch to the kitchen project. Extraordinary desserts! Excellent cellar. Prices in line with the product offered. Absolutely recommended! Possibility of having gluten-free pasta with the condiments present upon request at the time of booking.
