A well-kept, intimate place with a simple and never excessive taste. Really very pleasant environment. Attentive, trained, professional and kind staff. Good wines that accompany traditional dishes but also dishes with a broader perspective where the kitchen has researched, and succeeded very well I would say, combinations of flavor nuances that are stimulating for the palate. Prices in line with the quality offered. Highly recommended... I will return soon I hope.

Elegant restaurant with attention to detail. Small but comfortable room. Trained and kind staff. Excellent dishes, refined and with interesting flavours. There is an à la carte menu, a tasting menu and a menu with truffles. The Piedmontese tradition is reflected together with the search for non-local niche products which give an interesting touch to the kitchen project. Extraordinary desserts! Excellent cellar. Prices in line with the product offered. Absolutely recommended! Possibility of having gluten-free pasta with the condiments present upon request at the time of booking.

It may seem exaggerated to put 5 stars on everything but I honestly can't give less. The quality of the food is a few steps above conventional restaurants, due to the skill of the chef and the quality of the products used. The service was always up to par both in terms of availability and courtesy and friendliness. The environment is very well looked after and welcoming. Very large tables with comfortable seats. So in summary, many compliments to the structure and to those who manage it. It will be a point of reference should I return.
PS. The price is obviously appropriate for the venue and the high quality of the food and service.

Di trattoria ha solo il nome, si tratta di un ristorante ad alto livello di servizio, di qualità, di cibo e di prezzo. Ho mangiato bene, una buona scelta nel menù, una ricchissima carta dei vini ma non c'era il vino sfuso e tutto ciò che ti aspetti da una trattoria...

Finalmente un ristorante con tavoli da un metro! Larghi e comodi, dove ci si mangia larghi senza preoccuparsi di dove posare gli occhiali. Per il resto tutto buonissimo e ostaggio coperto a 50 metri.
