The quality of the ingredients can be felt at the first bite, and the price is honest and appropriate for the goodness of the product. The lady at the counter was really kind, welcoming and helpful. 26/08/2024: I have been frequenting Doctor Panzerotto for years. The service has always been slow and we always had to wait a long time for the panzerotti, because they fry them on the spot. Usually, however, on Saturdays and Sundays I always found something ready in the window, some panzerotto and ready-made pucce of various flavours. I recently returned on a Sunday evening and as early as 9.30pm nothing was ready. We waited over 30 minutes for 3 panzerotti. The dough is a bit chewy, in my opinion. Good pucks. Moderate prices.
