Excellent restaurant-trattoria in the heart of Salerno! A simple, no-frills, yet truly welcoming place. The location is basic, yet exudes warmth and familiarity. The menu offers dishes with authentic flavors, prepared with quality ingredients. We had a wonderful dinner: the very kind owner recommended some typical local specialties, all truly delicious. There's that beautiful "homemade" simplicity that makes all the difference. The paccheri with cuttlefish and calamari were excellent—truly flavorful! The strawberry sponge cake was also a delightful surprise: delicious. Only note: the cover charge seemed a little high, but overall the experience was more than positive. Highly recommended! Family atmosphere, excellent location, good food and impeccable service. Fresh fish is the house specialty. I recommend trying some of their dishes.

Trattoria centralissima a Salerno,molto carina all'interno e con un proprietario cordiale,caloroso e capace di consigliare i piatti più adatti per ogni commensale. Abbiamo optato per un ricco antipasto di mare,a seguire primi a base di pesce,poi pesce spada al pomodoro e un'ottima frittura.Il tutto innaffiato da un Fiano di Avellino da leccarsi i baffi. Buonissimi anche i dolci. Porzioni abbondanti e rapporto qualità prezzo buono per le pietanze consumate. Vale sicuramente la pena.

I really enjoyed this place, the waiters were lovely and told me that their calamari was the best in the city! I didn't doubt, for it was the best I have ever had. Really took the time to speak to the guests which as a solo traveller I always appreciate. The seafood with clams was good but could have done with more clams! They did bring an extra beer which I didn't mind but I didn't ask for it. Finished off by giving me a delightful glass of Lemocello
