Sublime culinary experience! Easter Monday, a day trip out of town, after a nice walk we happened upon this place by chance and found a more than welcoming atmosphere, exquisite food from appetizer to dessert, and excellent wine! A lovely place with very attentive and professional staff, perhaps even excessively so considering it's a trattoria. Very tasty food and reasonable prices. If you're looking for a good place to eat Bergamo cuisine, you won't be disappointed here.

A trattoria with a beautiful history, nestled in greenery and surrounded by a peaceful and relaxing landscape. The atmosphere is clean and welcoming. Very good food, especially the homemade casoncelli, which are truly excellent. Recommended!

Trattoria del Moro in Bolsena is one of those places where you go for good food, but you also end up taking the experience home with you. The location is truly stunning: you eat practically on the water, on a stilt house directly overlooking the lake. This view alone makes lunch more enjoyable and creates a relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to stay seated a little longer than expected. The staff was very friendly and approachable, which greatly contributed to making you feel immediately at ease. The service was informal yet attentive, just right for a trattoria of this type. As for the cuisine, it gets a thumbs up. We ate both lake and sea fish, and overall, everything was well-prepared. The spaghetti with clams was very good, flavorful, and well-balanced. The house wine also proved to be a great choice: simple yet pleasant, perfect to accompany lunch. The dessert, however, was the only slightly more ordinary item: good, but nothing particularly memorable. That said, it didn't detract from the overall experience, as the meal overall was truly impressive. The prices aren't like those of a super-cheap trattoria, but considering the lakeside location and the quality of the food, I'd say it's definitely fair. In summary: beautiful location, good food, pleasant atmosphere, and friendly staff. A place you'll gladly return to when in Bolsena. Recommended.

A trattoria offering excellent local dishes at very reasonable prices. A must-try.

A beautiful location, with a wide view of a wooded area. The reserved parking lot is small, but we found a spot outside along the road. The lady in the dining room was phenomenal: very pleasant. Traditional dishes are well-prepared. I liked the polenta taragna, but the portion was really large, and since it's not a light dish... The asilo, snails, and sautéed porcini mushrooms were also good. I think we'll be back.
