If you're looking for seafood heaven, Trattoria del Mare in Vadino is the place to be! We started with a dreamy seven-course appetizer: from the classic octopus and cod with potatoes, to the bold flavors of swordfish with sun-dried tomatoes and seared tuna, to the freshness of shrimp, anchovies, and calamari. Everything was so fresh! The highlight? The seafood spaghetti: an incredibly generous portion and rich in flavor, a true spectacle! All accompanied by an excellent 2024 Pigato, expertly recommended by a talented and very professional waiter. We finished on a high note with delicious Carnival fritters and fior di latte gelato. Highly recommended! Generous portions, impeccable service, and a cheerful atmosphere that makes you want to return immediately. Huge compliments to the owners, the kitchen, and the dining room! You wouldn't know it from the outside, but once inside and seated at a table, you're enveloped in a family atmosphere. The staff is very courteous and efficient. The manager is very attentive and moves from table to table, ensuring all his customers are satisfied. The cuisine is homemade and truly high-quality, as is the wine selection. We went for lunch; the place was busy but not noisy. I found the prices better than at other restaurants I've tried in the area. A truly wonderful experience that we'll be repeating soon.
