During the week, it's open only for lunch, while on weekends it's also open for dinner. Knowledgeable and attentive staff. Fair prices.

We went to Trattoria Dal Mantoan in Gazzo Veronese for dinner with friends, and it was truly a wonderful evening. We started with a delicious and generous appetizer: a basket of parmigiana with crumble and vegetable tempura: perfectly fried, dry, and flavorful. Next, the two-color cocoa tortelli with braised beef filling, simply amazing—you can tell they're homemade with care. Then came two rare ribs, tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. To finish on a sweet note, the Torta delle Rose, incredibly soft and delicious. We drank very well: two excellent bottles of Valpolicella Superiore and a passito wine paired with dessert. Impeccable service, friendly, courteous, and pleasant staff. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended! A trattoria where you can eat really well and feel equally at home.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary in a beautiful and romantic setting. The cuisine was exquisite and delicious, with refined, top-quality dishes... I recommend it for any special event.
