Table for 6 people on a Saturday night booked on a Thursday, great flexibility. Ample quantity and excellent quality, though the tagliata was a bit pricey considering it weighs 150-180g. Excellent restaurant and excellent service, we'll definitely be back. Really good value for money.

This historic trattoria, located on the main road to Ferrara, has a reputation for consistently maintaining high quality standards. The restaurant is welcoming, but the space isn't very large, so the noise level quickly increases, but that's the only flaw!
Fast service and extremely friendly waiters, absolutely excellent food, from the starters to the main courses (try the rosemary steak), and finally the desserts.
Good value for money, in line with the quality of the food and service.

For work, I'm near Bologna and end up at this trattoria.
I walk in and, considering it's a Monday, I'm immediately surprised by how many customers there are, but I'm immediately seated.
The waitress arrives, and I tell her I'm from Parma and want to try the tortellini in broth Bolognese. She recommends a second course: tagliata!
The result: delicious tortellini and tagliata, and I also order dessert.
Despite the large number of customers, the service is punctual and top-notch.
I'm truly satisfied, right up until the bill, which is a little salty but doesn't ruin a truly enjoyable lunch.
A special thanks to the waitress for her spot-on recommendations.
Recommended, but a little pricey.

There's little to say, the food here is good. Proof of this is that if you don't book, you never get a table. They don't have an à la carte menu (so you struggle to figure out the bill). We opted for a trio of first courses (on Saturdays they also have lasagna) and then a "special" fillet steak, incredibly tender. Prices are high. The staff is attentive and friendly.

Everything was perfect, fast service and friendly waiters. The first courses were excellent, as per tradition. The tagliata steak is a must-try. The desserts were excellent. It's not cheap, but it's worth it.

What can I say? Excellent service for a table of 12, with generous tasting options. We were in a small, intimate room. Perfect for a group. Top-notch food. The trio of first courses was very tasty. The tagliata was truly top-notch. The meat was incredibly fragrant and so tender it melted in your mouth. The accompanying vegetables were excellent. The desserts... a delight, all 10/10, from the mascarpone with melted chocolate to the zuppa inglese, the chocolate salami, the crème caramel, and what I thought deserved an A+... the tiramisu! Super-fair price for what we ate!

We ate inside, with tables definitely too close together. We ended up at a table literally right next to the bathroom door (very unfortunate). The waiters were young, friendly, and energetic. The first course: tagliatelle with ragù and strettone alla romagnola. Something must have gone wrong because there was no difference between the two pasta shapes. The ragù was good, but the pasta was decidedly too smooth. The second course: tagliatelle and mutton. The mutton was very good, the tagliatelle was medium-sized, but the cut wasn't the classic escalope shape; it looked like pieces for a stew. A menu to read would have been nice; I prefer to just listen to the specials of the day. Overall, there was absolutely nothing unpleasant, but I left without any desire to return.

Discovered this restaurant thanks to a colleague from Bologna!!! Everything was delicious and the staff were top notch!!!
The owner is a rare find, as he made himself available to all our requests.
Even though it was packed, everything went well.
What can I say? Every time I return to Bologna, I know where to go!!!
P.S. To please the owner, we saw the warehouse where they keep their supplies...it was cleaner than an operating room!!!
I gave it 5 stars for the atmosphere because it's the combination that makes everything better.
A huge thank you to everyone!!!
