Trattoria del Galeone In Genova

The antipasti and pastas were very good. The meat dish was good. The squid were ok but sometimes burnt which ruined the taste (this is the only dish for which I have something to complain about). The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is nothing more. This is what you expect from a small neighborhood restaurant. There is only one toilet with a queue due to the number of customers. The real problem is the slow service. The two people in the theater are nice but overworked. The kitchen only barely keeps up with the number of customers. We waited 1h30 for the starters and 1h more for the main courses. It was good but not that good. We preferred to have an ice cream in the street than risk waiting another 1 hour for desserts. The children were exhausted. In total we got 30 euros per person with drinks. It's not that expensive but I won't go back. It was really too long.

Warm welcome from the waitress who made the effort to speak French with us. 5 star service, grazie! And the food! How to tell you? The pesto lasagna is divine, the eggplant pasta incredible and the ravioli inimitable. I recommend! +++

Questa locanda scoperta per caso camminando nei carruggi è stata una rivelazione. Trattoria molto caratteristica con un’ottima cucina casalinga e un tocco di creatività. Gentilissima la proprietaria (gestione familiare) e tutto il personale. Siamo venuti ieri sera e ci siamo tornati stasera… vedete un po’ voi ! Ottimo tutto, davvero.

Fresh fish, simple cuisine. Once a nice and unpretentious but pleasant place. Recently prices have increased a lot and it's not worth how much it costs. Sin.

The place with a very authentic and cozy interior and very delicious food! I took gniocchi and my boyfriend took grilled beef! It was soooooo good! Very good ingredients. And many thanks to the very friendly staff! They definitely create the atmosphere! Thank you very much!

Laat je niet foppen door de -schijnbaar- norse bediening, het saaie interieur en de droge presentatie van de gerechten op de borden. De pasta’s zijn goedkoop en onwaarschijnlijk verrukkelijk. En die weinig lachende serveerster is eigenlijk heel aardig en vriendelijk. Lekker buiten eten in de Genovese steeg!

Classic Italian restaurant, delicious pasta, seafood in batter, I love places like this. Nice staff with whom you can exchange a few friendly phrases, good food at an appropriate price. We were recommended white wine and it was exactly what we asked for. I like such places and I enjoy visiting them.
