Homely trattoria with helpful, attentive, helpful and friendly staff. Typical dishes of the Genoese tradition (excellent savory pies, cod and stockfish). They have two sittings: if you want to eat early you have to book. More than fair price. Very crowded and a bit noisy, but we are in a trattoria! Worth a stop and a nice walk in the caruggi.

Located in the historic center, a significantly redeveloped area, a welcoming open kitchen, clean place, good food and fresh fish! The fried food is excellent, tender and not at all greasy, the service is friendly and attentive.
I highly recommend it was a wonderful evening I ate very well without feeling weighed down...YES!YES! a place that I recommend...🥰

Nice, nice place, nice staff from the waitresses to the chefs. Welcoming, friendly and helpful. The food was excellent, a dish this good is really difficult to find. Congratulations, so much so that I went into the kitchen myself to compliment the cooks. This fantastic restaurant is located in the heart of Genoa. If you are less than 100 km it is worth going there.

con piacere siamo ritornati in questa trattoria per un pranzo e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dalla qualità del cibo, la giusta quantità, la cortesia dell'addetta di sala.
Nota positiva la freschezza delle portate, cucinate al momento, niente pasta precotta da immergere nel bollitore o secondi tenuti al caldo con l'aiuto dello scalda vivande.

I realized that I posted a review 8 years ago and I renew it by specifying:
- a stone's throw from the Cathedral
- superlative welcome, like family
- varied menu and exquisite dishes, especially the trio of first courses, the fried fish and the Piedmontese bonèt
- very fresh fish
- reserved room suitable for tables (colleagues, friends, families, etc.)
- excellent quality/price ratio
I'm not interested in eating elsewhere: you can't change a winning horse. Enjoy your meal! 😋

Estábamos buscando una auténtica comida italiana local en Génova y esto fue todo! Acabamos de encontrarnos un domingo alrededor de las 12:00. 30 . Teníamos el vino tinto de la casa, la pasta trofeo con pesto / patatas y judías verdes junto con pulpo a la parrilla y sardinas ligeramente fritas seguido del helado con salsa de whisky. Probablemente fue nuestra mejor comida en toda Italia. El personal de servicio era muy amable y estaban muy ocupados con lo que parecía ser clientes locales disfrutando de su tarde. ¡Si puedes encontrarlo en el casco antiguo te alegrarás de haberlo hecho!
