Everything was delicious, and the staff was truly professional and friendly. They helped me put together a vegan lunch without any problems. We went on a Sunday for lunch, and we still managed to get a table even without a reservation. Keep up the good work, and good luck!

I dined at Trattoria del Cimino and had a truly excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, we were met with kindness, courtesy, and a warmth that made you feel at home.
The cuisine is simple yet unique, with authentic and flavorful dishes, prepared with care and love for tradition. Each course was a delight, without excess but with a real sense of authenticity.
A place where you can dine in peace, surrounded by people who put their heart into what they do. Highly recommended for those seeking authenticity and a special evening of good food.

The appetizer was good, with a special mention for the cheeses dipped in fig jam; the olive oil was excellent for dipping bread; the first course, off-menu, was pici alla gricia with chopped hazelnuts, and the escarole was excellent as a side. The glass of wine was good, and the craft beer was excellent. My only complaint was the platter, which should have been a bit more generous in size, considering it's for two people. The service was very nice and very friendly. On August 22nd, the place was packed and therefore noisy. Overall, excellent.

A place that immerses you in a one-of-a-kind food and wine journey. All five senses are challenged during this culinary journey. Without wanting to detract from the spectacular cuisine, from the unsurpassed hand-made pici to the rabbit in white sauce, from the excellent wine to the pappa al pomodoro to the fried pizza with zero-mile pork lard, I want to congratulate you on the excellent customer service. I salute the staff for their exceptional customer service. Only those who love their craft can convey such art, which translates into wisdom. A passi dal Palazzo Farnese a Caprarola c'è questo bel ristorante nel ventre di un palazzo antico e dalle mura ciclopiche. Il locale è bello, ben arredato e decorato e comodi sono i tavoli e le sedie. Il servizio è rapido e cordiale è l'assistenza nella
scelta dei piatti e dei vini è buona e non invadente. Ottimi la vignarola ed il brasato di guancia . Il rapporto prezzo qualità è molto buono. Consigliato
