The team of chefs was undeniably exceptional: from appetizers to first courses, second courses, side dishes, and desserts, everything was delicious! Handmade pasta with excellent sauces, creamy chickpea soup, flavorful vegetables, zuppa inglese, and tiramisu were truly amazing. Bravo! Regarding the dining room: the tables were beautifully embroidered, but it was a bit too dark in the corners where we ate... we were in the lower part of the restaurant, and it seemed a bit sketchy. Regarding the dining room staff, I regret finding them careless with service. There was a lack of attention to the table and the customers, and perhaps even a lack of ability to adequately supervise and serve. I'm sorry, we felt uncomfortable for them; there was disorganization and confusion in carrying out their work.

You can immediately sense the passion of the family-run business, which lends a warm and authentic atmosphere. We were fortunate to sit at the counter, where we could observe the dynamics of the kitchen and service, as well as photograph the truly evocative cellar. The food is excellent. We tried the amatriciana and tagliolini with black truffle, both delicious. The service was courteous, professional, and friendly. The only small complaint was the bread and butter. We had read about the Normandy butter and were tempted, but we were served a square loaf without any special presentation. We're used to restaurants where bread and butter are treated as part of the experience, perhaps with a touch of salt. It's a detail many places overlook, even though it's a French-inspired classic. In any case, it's a minor detail. Otherwise, the experience was wonderful, and I would recommend it to everyone.

A small restaurant in the heart of town, this welcoming and elegant restaurant has very friendly and knowledgeable staff who explain the origins of the products. Exquisite dishes, from appetizers to desserts, are all made with fresh, local ingredients. I highly recommend this place if you find yourself visiting Palazzo Farnese. You absolutely must try the local delicacies, especially those prepared by this restaurant.

In the center of Caprarola, near Palazzo Farnese, is this high-quality trattoria. Excellent ingredients and fairly attentive service. Dishes are seasonal, including the delicious chickpea and chestnut soup, not to mention their signature dish, the perfectly flavorful Amatriciana. Ho cenato in questo ristorante e sono rimasta assolutamente soddisfatta, sia da un punto di vista culinario, che umano. Il cibo è di ottima qualità, le pietanze buonissime e impiattate in modo piacevolmente creativo, il servizio impeccabile, la carta dei vini, nazionali ed internazionali, fornitissima a garanzia di ottimi abbinamenti per tutti i gusti. Il personale, costituito da ragazze e ragazzi giovanissimi, è estremamente professionale ma allo stesso tempo molto cordiale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti, tutte doti possibili solo se si ama il proprio lavoro. Anche il locale è molto accogliente, sia l’interno, con la sua affascinante storia familiare, che l’esterno, con i tavolini posizionati nel pittoresco vicolo del paese, L’atmosfera è resa ulteriormente rilassante anche per la musica cantautorale di sottofondo.
