A very welcoming and quaint place, with friendly and helpful staff. We started with an excellent appetizer of fava beans and chicory, followed by cavatelli with crusco peppers, truly exquisite. For the main course, we had house-made pork skewers, tasty and tender, accompanied by the classic crusco peppers as a side dish. The house white wine**, recommended by the staff, proved to be a good choice.
Fairly priced for a simple but well-prepared dinner. Recommended.

A place geared more toward tourists than locals, like many in Matera. The food and selection are very good, and the prices are reasonable, especially considering the location. It's a shame we ate on the terrace, with our backs to the passing waiters and therefore not much of a relaxing experience. But that's fine, as the terrace is small, and it's also the entrance to the place.

We found this restaurant after a thorough Google search.
The restaurant is located inside the Sassi district with an outdoor balcony.
A smiling lady welcomes us and shows us to our table. We order a slice of Podolico beef, orecchiette with turnip greens, and everything is delicious. A delicious chocolate tart with black cherries. Good value for money. Finally, a restaurant with good coffee! Clean restrooms!

Gran selección de platos italianos, con algunos platos de la región Basilicata.
Bonita zona de estar, interior y exterior.
Servicio amable rápido.
Restaurante limpio e impecable.
Buena selección de vinos, la mayor parte proviene de la región Basilicata.
Precios razonables, hermosa vista a los sassi, y niños agradables.
