In this restaurant I ate the best Pasta alla Norma in the world!!!!

we waited for a half an hour but it was worth it!! the pasta was so good! we also ordered veal and onion with pancetta wich was delicious!!

I've been here twice. The food was quite good specially the clams and mussels were fresh and tasty. The portions are adequate and prices are quite reasonable. Definitely recommended 👌

I don't recommend it. The only positive is the prices, which are really low, but the quality doesn't match. I saw Italians ordering huge platters of grilled meat, so it's probably a good place for that type of dinner. I wouldn't recommend the pasta; the carbonara is literally scrambled eggs.

Excellent food, very good service, pleasant atmosphere and very good price

This restaurant totally worth the hype and the name. We found about it through social media but also the host from our Airbnb from Catania recommended it. The prices are very low compared to the services and quality you are getting in return. You cand find plenty of local dishes and what wenhave trier was very good, a very pleasant experience. You have to be careful because at lunch and in the evening without a reservation it is best to head there at the opening hours if you do not want to wait for a table so maybe you want to keep this in mind.

Just last night, I managed to go to dinner in this lovely tavern. Excellent raw materials, excellent and abundant dishes, it fully reflects what is rumored. The staff were quick and efficient. Great prices...highly recommend. To be repeated as an experience.

Ciao a tutti, oggi rientro a casa dopo 4 gg passati a Catania. Dove abbiamo scelto per due volte di cenare presso la TRATTORIA DEL CAVALIERE sita vicinissima a Piazza Stesicoro, dove avevamo il nostro B&B. Locale molto ampio, su più livelli e con due deor esterni coperti. Ampi spazi tra i tavoli, personale attento e molto cortese e preparato. Menu’ offerto alla carta ottimo sia di pesce che di terra, partendo dagli antipasti, ai primi e ai secondi e contorni. Ottime poi le quantità delle pietanze scelte, è ottimo il gusto e i sapori della tradizione catanese. Se siete a Catania, telefonate e prenotate, altrimenti dopo le 20… solo liste di attesa anche per un tavolo da due. Vedrete ne rimarrete pienamente soddisfatti. Buona vita a tutti. Fabio&Enza
