I've been their customer for over 15 years... I can say out loud that in Catania you can't find better... the service is excellent, the guys are courteous and prepared... the food is always delicious (especially the "bavette allo scef" my favorite dish) writing the review made me want to book 🤣

They stay open between ‘regular’ dinner and lunch hours with a limited menu. We liked the calm atmosphere and service. Pasta and salad were good but not exceptional

Friendly and attentive service, a wide selection of meat and fish dishes at truly reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

I'm giving a total of 3 just because paying 3 euros for the cover charge is unacceptable...otherwise everything was excellent.

On vacation in Catania, we were wandering around the area looking for a place to have an aperitivo. So we came here and drank some excellent wine, recommended by the waiter: "Passi Perduti" from the Donna Fugata winery. Then we asked if we could eat, and even though it was Saturday night, it wasn't packed yet, and there were four of us. We had really good appetizers and fish main courses, and even though the waiter forgot an order, he quickly rectified it! We paid a fair price, about €40 per person for appetizers and dinner! If I ever return to Catania, I'd definitely go back!

Ciao a tutti, oggi rientro a casa dopo 4 gg passati a Catania. Dove abbiamo scelto per due volte di cenare presso la TRATTORIA DEL CAVALIERE sita vicinissima a Piazza Stesicoro, dove avevamo il nostro B&B. Locale molto ampio, su più livelli e con due deor esterni coperti. Ampi spazi tra i tavoli, personale attento e molto cortese e preparato. Menu’ offerto alla carta ottimo sia di pesce che di terra, partendo dagli antipasti, ai primi e ai secondi e contorni. Ottime poi le quantità delle pietanze scelte, è ottimo il gusto e i sapori della tradizione catanese. Se siete a Catania, telefonate e prenotate, altrimenti dopo le 20… solo liste di attesa anche per un tavolo da due. Vedrete ne rimarrete pienamente soddisfatti. Buona vita a tutti. Fabio&Enza
