I came to eat at this very welcoming place right from the start.
My friends and I were greeted by the blonde waitress with the nose ring, Mariachiara, who greeted us with a beautiful smile, making us feel right at home.
She gave us excellent advice on what to order and also on which wine to pair with our dinner, perfectly matching our tastes.
She was professional and available throughout the dinner, even chatting with us, making everything even more pleasant and convivial.
Highly recommended; in addition to the service, the food was excellent.
The polenta with truffles is a must!

I chose this restaurant to introduce my Apulian friends to the local specialties, and we were all thrilled. The quality of the food is excellent, with traditional dishes carefully prepared using fresh ingredients. The service deserves special mention: the young and very kind ladies helped us put together a balanced menu, recommending portions and pairings so we could try everything without feeling overwhelmed. The quality/price ratio was excellent. A place that combines tradition, flavor, and hospitality.

It wasn't communicated that dogs weren't allowed. I recommend letting customers know in advance to avoid any mix-ups, even via WhatsApp. Traditional dishes are of decent quality.

First experience at this place, which I found directions to via maps.
It lived up to (and more) all my expectations.
From the typical appetizer with cured meats, cheeses, and a fabulous polenta, to the first courses (passatelli in broth, tagliatelle with two delicious ragu sauces), finally arriving at the incredibly varied boiled meats accompanied by excellent sauces, and finally, the desserts... a must try!!!
The service was excellent: courteous, professional, and—something I haven't seen in many places lately—always present.
5 people, 2 bottles of wine, €37 per person: more than fair for what we ordered.
