Pleasantly satisfied A restaurant where you eat well and spend the right amount in my opinion. It's nice to see how the raw materials of the area are valorised in the kitchen. Among the "must" dishes I would include the "delica pumpkin flan with fondue and mushrooms" and the sweet "zabaglione semifreddo with pumpkin plums, berry sauce, amaretti biscuits and chopped sbrisolona". I've been there 4 times in 2 months, the service and cuisine have always proven to live up to expectations, whether going as a couple or with large groups. The environment is also welcoming in its simplicity. Highly recommended!!!

Corporate Christmas dinner with colleagues. The starter of polenta, Parmesan fondue and cream with porcini mushrooms and truffle was phenomenal, an incredible dish! The first anolini are delicious, truly traditional and the polenta with donkey and the sbrisolona with handmade zabaglione are also very good.

The Trattoria del Cacciatore in Frassinara in the province of Parma is first of all a tribute and praise to the territory even if it is a restaurant: History and Tradition with capital letters. I publish only the photo of the dessert to imply all the rest of the dishes. Excellent cellar...

Una trattoria storica dispersa in una frazione di Sorbolo. Eppure sempre piena di buongustai che apprezzano la qualità della tradizione culinaria che trae le sue basi dai nonni, ma si rinnova nei figli e nei nipoti. Non manca mai una sosta tra i nostri appuntamenti.
